While they look like bully sticks, they are not. They are a foam like substance, extruded like a Cheeto, mostly air. They shatter into tiny pieces when bitten, making a mess. For $20, I and my dog expected more substantial. For all its size it last only 10 or 15 seconds for my large dog. The cleanup takes longer. The Purina Busy Bones are a better buy!

Irish Rover changed the recipe! These beef sticks are not the same as before. I was buying this once a month. And I bought them for other people’s dogs. They are now a choking hazard. The stick my dogs teeth and mouth and my dogs almost choked on these! They are not hard like before! They are very soft and almost like a sticky caramel. Very disappointed because my dogs loved these beef sticks.

My boys love these. They’re very crunchy! I break them up and give them pieces and not the whole stick at a time. Some are easier to break by hand than others and there seems to be two different kinds of sticks in the bag- a reddish one and a brown one with spots that i assume is fat) Not sure if it’s supposed to be or not since the pic on the bag only pictures the red one. I tried to upload a photo of the two different sticks but i keep getting an operation couldn’t be completed error.

These appear to be the same as the Members Mark beef stick from a few years ago. My Great Pyrenees love those and seeps to love these as well. I use these as a special treat when I have to medicate her ear. I give her half, however she'd eat the entire pack if I let her. Amazon has these a for 2.5 times the price. It's crazy. I really hope they keep them in stock this time

We got these because you didn't have the beef ones you usually have. They are a poor substitute

Not sure why but neither of my dogs would touch these treats.
