[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very picky dog. I can't seem to get her to eat most dog food. She has been known to refuse to eat if I only give her just her kibble. I've had to give her real meat along with her meals most of the time. She even has gotten really good about picking out just the meat and leaving the kibble. When I got this in the mail I was skeptical. I gave her a bowl of chicken and the kibble and I've never seen her scarf down a meal faster! I have even been able to slowly add less and less of the meat, so here's to hoping I can get this terrible habit out of her! I have also noticed that she seems to be a bit more energetic and friendly. Thank you Iams for making such a great product!

We recently switched our Great Dane over to Iams. Our Dane has been struggling with not having another fiber in his diet and I noticed that Iams fiber intake was higher than most other brands. We love the price point and that we can purchase it local to us.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I let the dogs generally have two choices and try to switch it up, as I would personally get bored and they don't have sensitive tummies. When given the option they both went after this first! More expensive price point but worth their happiness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I opened the package my dog was right there waiting to try the Iams® ProActive Health™ Adult Large Breed. I handed him a few morsels and he wanted more; but he had to wait until the next day... I started with a 50/50 mix of previous and the new IAMS. Not one bit left in the bowl. He is now transitioned to Iams® ProActive Health™ Adult Large Breed. I'm not sure if he has less of an appetite (due to my husband feeding him treats!), of if he has decided he doesn't like to food. I will continue feeding him the Iams® ProActive Health™ Adult Large Breed until it is gone. But I think I will transition back to the IAMS weight control food for my dog.

My vet looked at the ingredients and he was more than satisfied with this food. Before Iams the dogs would leave leftovers in their bowl....not anymore!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched my 7 year old black lab from another Iams brand to Iams Large Breed and haven't noticed a difference... and that's a great thing. Roxie was doing great on the other variety so I was a little wary that she'd have some stomach upset during the transition. No belly troubles to be found. And, I think she seems to be satisfied longer. She doesn't come begging for dinner an hour before I plan to give it to her like before. She eats it happily morning and night. I've had to coac her to eat other brands - never with Iams. She's a happy girl!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was recently having trouble finding a good and reliable dog food for my just over a year old Malamute. She is a very picky eater and buying food for her was very hard. After learning about this product, I decided to pick it up and and she really started to eat more then before. After slowly changing the food over to this type, she has never left the bowl with any food! Highly recommend!!

I love the price for the quantity and my dog loves it. Its a good quality food for a normal house dog. My pittie has some skin issues and this food actually seems to be a good choice to keep his allergies under control. I tried switching him to other foods and his skin flares up something fierce.

I feed this to my German Shepherd because it was recommended by the vet as being one of the more affordable but healthier choices. She’s 8 months old and weighs about 60 lbs. she gets fed twice a day and always eats her food as soon as it’s put down so I’d say she likes it. We tried a few different types of kibble before we found on that she wouldn’t turn her nose up at.

It was almost love at first sight when she saw that bag of dog food come through the front door. She almost devoured her bowl instantly and couldn't wait for more. I didn't really have to follow the transition guidelines as my dog adjust instantly to new food. I would highly recommend this!
