Now that her large chocolate lab has been eating it a while she is happy to report her dog loves it! At first she thought maybe her dog was just excited for something new, but she continues to gobble it up. She likes that it promotes strong bones, muscles, and joints. Her dog is moving slower as she ages due to joint pain and is hoping this food will help. Iams makes great quality products.

I purchased the Iams Large breed dog food for my two pitbulls after the pinchme promotion and now thats all my dogs eat. IT is so healthy and made from natural ingredients. It's nice to know where their food comes from and that it actually making a difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I transitioned my dog to the Iams Proactive Health for adult dogs after receiving a free sample from Iams. My dog Chinook is usually very timid about trying different dry dog food, however, this particular food seems to be hitting the nail on the head! She wouldn't leave my side after having her first serving and tried tremendously to coax me back to her food bowl for more! She loves this stuff! I even take a handful outside with me to play with her and use it as rewards for doing her tasks. Thanks Iams for the wonderful product! The Proactive Health for adult dogs is exactly what I've been looking for in a dry dog food for my favorite girl to stay healthy and enjoy life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start by saying that my dogs have always eaten Iams food, the lamb and rice version. I was unsure if they would even try this version being that they are picky eaters. I was also not sure that they would try it because the pieces of food are much bigger than the food they eat normally. I started feeding by mixing the both foods equally in their bowls for three days . There were no issues with them eating the food , they also had no issues of getting sick from trying a new food . The fourth day on they were feed only the Iams large breed. They ate it up as if it was their normal food. They had no issues with chewing it and no digestive issues. I would recommend this food as my dogs had no negative issues. I have attached 2 pictures , one is my border collie , Lefty eating the food and the other is a piece of the Iams large breed ( the large piece of food ) next to their normal food Ians Kamb and rice.

When the free sample bag arrived in the mail, my dogs were so excited, as well! They were able to sniff out the scent of the food immediately. That same evening, I made the switch and my dogs absolutely loved this food and because they loved it, I loved it too! I am thrilled at how much they enjoyed eating it - it has such an irresistible taste to them. I love that it has all of the essential nutrients my dogs need to live a happy, healthy life. My dogs are like my children and as such, I could not be happier to have found a healthy and nutritious dog food that they will enjoy throughout the remainder of their lives. I will be recommending IAMS to all of my family and friends with dogs. If they do not already eat IAMS, they need to transition to IAMS as quickly as possible! What a hit with my dogs and I!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am always a bit wary of trying out a new dog food on my Labrador retriever as I never know if she will turn her nose up at it. Upon receiving the IAMS large breed dog food from IAMS I could tell that it would be a good nutritional balanced food for my dog. I put the recommended amount for the package in her bowl and waited to see if she would sniff and walk away or sniff and eat. She sniffed and then ate most of it in one go which is good for her. I am confident she is getting the proper nutrition for her size and will report back when she has had chance to see how it suits her stomach.

Amazing food and such a great deal!! All my dogs love it and it does well with their digestive systems. The packaging is always easy to spot in the bright green bag. I love how much you get for the price so I can feed the strays if need be. They love the scent as well every single time I feed them no matter where they are they come running!! Great real ingredients that I feel god feeding them!!

I love Iams dog food, I swear by it, whenever somebody asks me what to feed their dog I always recommend it. They have had the fewest recalls of any dog food I can think of off the top of my head. I know when my dogs eat I'm there safe, and it's affordable. Strongly recommend.
