It has a very large capacity and without the agitator in the middle it makes washing large things like blankets and pillows very easy. I've never had an issue with it I've even taught my children how to use the machine and a pinch when I'm too busy to load it myself.

Doosh, and the washer stopped working, turns out a counter weight fell off the drum the proceeded to smash the electronics inside the machine for the door. I got it repaired and it's been working good since but for the price I expected to go longer than 2 years before having to pay for repairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rodney A Foster Load capacity is great, while Connectivity could use a little work as the Bluetooth, and wifi sink tend to unlink at times and it's some what difficult to reconnect, as far as my experience goes. It cleans extremely well, but the wear and tare, or durability I should say is lacking. You definitely want to purchase the protection plan. You could spend in one repair what you spend for the 5 year protection plan. It's actually 6 with the one year warranty, they don't tell you that shhhhhhh our secret. The speed settings for quick dry are phenomenal, efficiency is somewhat lacking as far as the overall consistency of each load. The steam cycle needs improvement, and bulky loads should have a steam as well in my opinion. All in all great buy especially with the Veterans Discount on top of the already applied discount I purchased it with. Thanks Samsung for a reliable but still needs some tuning washer+dryer front load. From A Veteran

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I initially received the dryer, I kept getting a diagnostic code of 4C called. They replaced the machine, which is great. Started to use the machine. It’s given the same error again upon installing the knob for the hot water was broken by the repair person they said it was loose, which I haven’t touched that machine in 20 years. I’m hoping to get someone to come in and look at it to make sure that it’s not a water valve issue.
