[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washing machine! It cleans very well and is seemingly very efficient. It holds much more laundry than my previous machine and gets the job done much more quickly. The classical music chime is fantastic. My only critique is that I have to actually manually start the cycle I have sent to my washer via the app by touching the start button, but that’s such a minimal and silly complaint. It is cool that I can download custom cycles and sent them to the washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my Samsung washer now for over 5 years and have had no issue, I have practically washed everything you can think of in and it always come clean and nice. It is water efficient as well as having a large capacity for clothes. Wash a full size California king comforter perfectly and drains the water perfectly after wash. I also love the cycles for each type of laundry many choices.

My wife wash every weekend and my clothes are clean and stain free. First time I connected to my wifi and it was easy no technical knowledge required. The capacity load is more than enough. No more waiting during wash time.

The multiple cycle types work for everything I wash, and I love the speed of the quick cycle, and that it still gets things clean! Being able to connect to my phone for status updates and setting selections is a wonderful feature! Water usage is extremely efficient as well. Overall, wonderful washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this washer in an environment where it was run more times in one day then most home owners will in a month. The washer lasted for approximately a year before it needed minor repairs (water valves). Eventually we had issues with the door latches working properly and noticed this issue occurred across all of our units soon thereafter. This part wasnt expensive or difficult to replace. Based on our brutal usage, I believe that they will stand up very well to regular or even intensive home owner usage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer! Cycle times are quick and I never have issues with having to stop and restart like my old washer. Even the quick cycles get the job done. Stains come out so easy and my water bill has gone down. I can get a large load washed well in less than an hour. It really does hold a lot of items—if you overfill it gets loud, but otherwise that doesn’t happen. Very happy!
