Come with different settings that allows you longer or shorter wash times which is convenient. My favorite feature has to be the smart settings that allows you to connect the washer to the app and control it from your phone.

Adjusting to life without an agitator was a bit of a feat, but it does a fantastic job of rinsing and spinning without ever going off balance. My only complaint is the cycle length; most cycles take about an hour, which is longer than I’d like. Doing a few loads ends up taking the whole day. Other than the time commitment, I absolutely love this washer!

The notification for end of cycle is a great tribute, allowing the user to go about their other daily tasks without going back and forth to see if they wash is done. Thus making it as simple as being notified, switching to the dryer, and continuing with what they were doing before. The controls are easy to see, use, and easily operated.

Unfortunately, my experience ordering an appliance through Sam’s Club was extremely disappointing due to their third-party delivery service. My delivery was canceled twice. On the first scheduled delivery, we were repeatedly assured that the delivery was still on its way. My husband even called the third-party customer service line around 12:30 a.m. and was told the driver was still coming. We stayed up waiting until 2:00 a.m. before finally giving up and going to bed. At 2:33 a.m., we received a notification stating that the appliance had been delivered—even though it had not. It then took several days of back-and-forth communication to resolve the issue and receive a refund. Because of the repeated delays and poor communication, I ultimately canceled the order and purchased the appliance elsewhere. I do want to recognize the Sam’s Club customer service representative, who was professional, understanding, and helpful throughout the refund process. However, the experience with the third-party delivery company was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not order an appliance through Sam’s Club again unless they improve their delivery service.
