[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine and has been consistent since I purchased in 2023. I think it cleans my clothes pretty well and gets pet hair out of items. I know there are concerns with mildew smells from front loaders, but I just open the door and detergent draw after each use to allow it to dry. I haven’t had any issues either smell. I can wash a pretty decent sized load as well. I love that the cycle auto adjusts after I start to get the best clean. I honestly don’t even think I’m using it to its full capacity with the smart controls.

Connectivity is easily accessible. The wash time is appropriate and adjusts itself accordingly for the clothes inside.

It’s our second one, first one lasted more than expected as we have a large family and there isn’t a day when this washer doesn’t get used. The washer easily handles a large household and, most importantly, cleans laundry exceptionally well. The rate at which laundry can be done is great as well. Normal washed taking about half an hour, and for clothes requiring a more thorough wash this machine will handle all of it and more.

Its a lot larger capacity than my old one. Definitely a lot more efficient with a lot of features. I don't have tonrun my dryer as much when the load is done. The washer Definitely is a lot faster than my old orange the clothes seem cleaner. Being able to control it n my phone is even better as I don't always pay attention to it. Definitely would recommend.

The connectivity features work but are fairly basic, so I’d rate them average. Wash performance is acceptable, with average stain removal on everyday clothes. The wash cycles tend to be quite long, which can be inconvenient. While the large capacity is great for handling bigger loads, the water efficiency could be better as it seems to use more water than expected. Overall, it’s a reliable washer, but there is definitely room for improvement in cycle time, stain removal, and water efficiency.

Holds my biggest blankets easily and washes them fast. Having it connect to my phone is a life saver. I forget about laundry and usually have to rewash things but the notifications keep me efficient.

Unfortunately, my experience ordering an appliance through Sam’s Club was extremely disappointing due to their third-party delivery service. My delivery was canceled twice. On the first scheduled delivery, we were repeatedly assured that the delivery was still on its way. My husband even called the third-party customer service line around 12:30 a.m. and was told the driver was still coming. We stayed up waiting until 2:00 a.m. before finally giving up and going to bed. At 2:33 a.m., we received a notification stating that the appliance had been delivered—even though it had not. It then took several days of back-and-forth communication to resolve the issue and receive a refund. Because of the repeated delays and poor communication, I ultimately canceled the order and purchased the appliance elsewhere. I do want to recognize the Sam’s Club customer service representative, who was professional, understanding, and helpful throughout the refund process. However, the experience with the third-party delivery company was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not order an appliance through Sam’s Club again unless they improve their delivery service.
