The smart features help when you're busy doing other things around the house letting you know when to clean drum and laundry done. The only disadvantage is there is no drum light to see if you have missed an item left behind.

It holds a ton of clothes—I can finally fit our king comforter in there without the machine shaking like crazy—and it's super quiet. I actually love the smart features too, because it sends a text to my phone when its done so I dont forget the laundry. Only real complaints are that the control panel is super sensitive (Ive paused it by accident just leaning against it) and you gotta leave the door cracked so it doesnt get that weird front-loader smell. But overall, it looks great and saves us a ton of time on weekends. Definitely recommend if your looking for an upgrade!
