We’ve had this washer/dryer for 2 years and 2 wks. ago we had to have a tech look at the washer-he said there may be an issue with the shocks. That’s disappointing for a newer machine - there’s only 2 of us so it doesn’t get used heavily. I’ve had a similar set in another house 3 years ago- and not a problem, which is why I bought these for our current home-it was working great so, we’re now happy. If it does require shocks, we will have to look at something else.

The large capacity easily handles big loads, comforters, and towels, and everything comes out clean and fresh. Super efficient and still very good cleaning with 2 dogs and 3 kids quick and clean laundry is a must!!

I also like that it's pretty quiet compared to older washers. BUT… the sensor system can be overly sensitive sometimes. It can be frustrating because the machine acts like something is wrong when everything seems fine

It is easy to use with the help of smart things app which helps control it remotely by phone. It also holds large amounts of clothes and the clothes get done in an efficient and rapid manner. It is a quick machine and would definitely recommend it as it is very reliable.

Samsung are by far the worst appliances that exist. We bought a new home back in 2021. The home was just one year old and all the appliances are Samsung. This year (exactly on the 6th year of the appliances, just shy of the extended warranty deadline ) we had our fridge broken down beyond repair. Our Stove has serious problems where if we build water or any thing that produces steam in the back burners the panel and oven completely stops working. And now the latest is our washer that started leaking, and also has balance problems, where the entire house shakes when we are doing even the small load. Samsung appliances never again.

Both washer and dryer are smart but at the same time they're super efficient and doing good job and cleaning the clothes and everything. Speed is also amazing at the end it is doing final ranges which leads value minimal water at the end. Also capacity is good even though they're claiming 4.5 ft.³ but I have not really measured but it's pretty decent for family of four

I have put 15 pairs of pants in at one time and this thing got all the grit and grime out without sounding crazy. Easy to monitor from the app. Quick washing that can be timed with the dryer well. So glad we took the leap and got this speedy and quiet unit.
