I bought this washer to replace my previous Samsung front loading washer that broke within 9 months. This one hung around long enough for the 12 month warranty to no longer be valid before falling apart. NEVER BUY a SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. They only make decent cell phones and tvs.

It has many cycles to choose from, I also have the option to personalize the washing cycle depending on my wash load. Since it's a smart washing machine it's connected to my phone and it lets me know when the washing cycle ended.

The SmartThings app pairs well with your smartphone, allowing you to monitor and track your load. If I had to give a criticism, I find the jingle that plays on a completed load to be annoying! But if you can get past that, a really large and good washer.

The steam feature is pretty neat and it gets rid of my stains. Plus its so quiet - doesn't even sound sound like its operating when I walk in the garage. Would highly recommend!

The reason I give it 3 stars is because just when the Washer was year old my first washer broke and because warranty Samsung replaced it. Second washer now, again less than a year old and had to get serviced. Disappointed because I was expecting it to work for many years to come with out issues for price we paid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this washer (& matching dryer)! It has lots of nice features and advanced technology, is very quiet, & also very eye appealing. Also appreciate the Smart Things app to know when the load is finished. We're not fans of the long chime/song that plays when a cycle is completed, though fortunately it can be turned off on both units.
