[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about a month ago. Very pleased with it. Buttons are easy to use. My only criticism is the the stacking kit was a pain. If there was some intuitive way to integrate the top of the washer to be able to connect to the dryer. Instead, a whole separate stacking kit had to be purchased. If the design of the washer already was setup so a dryer can be placed on top of it, without having to buy a separate stacking kit that would be pretty awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] haven't had it long hoping it's better that the tv's they make, I don't appreciate you having to work through an app to get to the additional features and that they describe having many features but unable to use if you don't go through app....

I purchased this product last year May 2023 and just after 15months all of a sudden it does not turn on right after the warranty expired. It was used rarely and mostly once or twice a week. Samsung third party service provider quick service has high prices just to visit and see what the issue , wish samsung can waive this first repair service.

do not buy this front load washer. junk... from day one we've had issues with violent shaking getting worse over time until the warranty expires then it fails... had samsung service out twice in 1.5 years. after this next repair about everything inside has been replaced... latest issues are broken bolts and defective weight balancers... can't use washer above lowest spin cycle. this unit is a definite lemon! i buy a lot of samsung products... phones, tvs... previous washer was also a samsung he front loader and lasted 10 years before shaft bent making it unrepairable. caution with samsung appliances! they have honored service under warranty but with all this shaking i'm sure this product will fail again after latest repairs sticking me with repair bills for this lemon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer (with the matching dryer) for a home I unfortunately no longer live in, and all I can say is that I miss this wash/dryer combo. I particularly like the size it fits my comforters without any issues. Also love the soap dispenser it is very convenient, I fill it up once ever so often and it disperses soap for all my washes. (There’s a way to set how much soap to disperse) This washer also has an amazing steam feature that leaves clothes smelling clean. Overall this is an amazing washer with a tremendous warranty that I’ll likely never need!!

I have bought a few of these same type samsung washers in last 10 year. It would be nice to have one last 10 years that is stackable and still decent size loads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this, works great! We love the look and the smart technology. However, when we received it it had a dent on the side of the dryer. We also weren’t told that the dryer didn’t come with a power cord, so we had to buy one. Love the product, though!

We have purchase two Samsung washers over the past 9 years (older versions of this model). The first one lasted 5 years, the latest lasted 4 years...each time the control board went bad. The control board costs about $300 so you are left with having to choose b/t an expensive replacement part + repair bill, or just go get a new washer. The washers themselves work OK. Tub is very large and can easily handle a medium size comforter. Sometimes it does not get all the water out so another spin cycle is in order. The place where you put the soap/rinse often times will get clogged up thus needing to be taken apart and cleaned with a tooth brush. Also you have to leave the door open or your next load will smell like a musty swamp. I just ordered a new GE old school top loader with mechanical switches. I won't order another Samsung again...quality just isn't there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start!? This Samsung washer looks large and in charge in our space and is very functional. We can now install counters and cabinets for folding and better storage as the size of the set is perfect and allows us to re-imagine our laundry room for efficiency. We wanted a large capacity washer and dryer - we definitely got it! I feel like I have a commercial set in my home. Front load for the win! The washer has a great set of preset selections with many more that can be downloaded using the "SmartThings" app (more on that later). Samsung takes the guesswork out of washing by allowing you to choose towels, bedding or whites just add detergent and start. The washer drains more water out of the clothes than expected. The washer runs quiet and effortlessly. Full disclaimer I do not have scientific evidence but I think my clothes come out cleaner and more fluffy using the tumble washing method vs top loading.  WIFI, SmartThings and laundry... it makes perfect sense! I know when my clothes are clean or if someone else is washing. I can add clothes then set them to wash later so that I can dry them right away when I'm around. I receive alerts when washing has completed so I don't have to guess if I need to check on the clothes. The app interface is simple, very clean and functional. You can download other care options for different clothes types, as well. There's a setting for nearly any clothing option.  Steam cleaning is great for sanitizing our little munchkin's clothes after school. I also use it to clean and deodorize my work clothes while keeping them wrinkle free. Nearly any item that you cannot or do not want to submerge in water, you can stream clean!
