We also weren’t told that the dryer didn’t come with a power cord, so we had to buy one. Love the product, though!

I am excited about the speed wash cycle and steam cycles on this unit. I have work clothing that would not need heavy or a full-length wash but just a quick light wash to freshen up without it getting beat up by placing other clothing with it. The same applies for the steam setting with some of my business coats.

Easy to use and excellent quality! Owned Samsung brand washers for years and never had a problem!

The customer support has always been terrific, and the products are reliable. My new washer is no exception. The cycles are easily customizable for my preferences. The clothes are well-laundered gently. I don't buy any home appliance unless the Samsung brand name appears on it. I equate Samsung with quality and reliability. My new washer reaffirms my purchasing commitment to Samsung.

Bought this as a set. I have been very impressed with it. It seems to run quicker than a top load washer and it cleans just as well. The smartthings compatibility is a wonderful adding additional wash modes and notifications when loads are finished, even when I'm not home.

Do wish it had a hand wash or ultra delicate cycle and wish the Steam Sanitize cycle was just a little shorter. Expected it to be long hit now 2 hours 49 minutes. Otherwise, overall great!
