I love the eco modes, although they do sometimes make me have to run something like a larger blanket in the dryer a second time. But being able to control from my phone, save energy, and customize my load settings makes these more than worth it!

I really like the ease of using the panel to select Temp; Rinse; Spin; Soil. Love the SmartThings App. I can load it up in the morning and set it to start so that it is ready to put in the dryer when I get home from work! Saves me time!

I have 2 large dogs and I have to constantly wash their blankets (and ours) and having the larger capacity definitely helps. Being able to wash (and dry) on the steam sanitize is amazing because it works so much better at killing germs and odors than chemicals do. I love how you can connect "Alexa" to the washer and dryer and she will tell you when your wash is done so no more guessing...you can also get a text and or a notification on your compatible TV, amazing. Very satisfied with my purchase and would do it again.

The Super Speed cycle is a game changer — a full load is done in under 30 minutes and still comes out perfectly clean. It runs whisper quiet, even during the spin cycle. The steam feature helps with stains, and the champagne finish looks gorgeous in our laundry room. I love the SmartThings app – being able to start loads remotely or get cycle alerts is a huge plus. Highly recommend this for families or anyone looking to upgrade!

Second, it spin dries quickly & quietly. Third, It uses less water than a top loader. Fourth it sends a message to my cell telling me when the cycle is finished. Overall, it looks nice as well. Also unlike my old washer it doesn't dance all over the laundry room. I also like the little jingle it gives off to alert a finished load. I still don't know all of its functions especially the phone alerts. I will eventually will get to it. All in all a good and well thought out product.

I don’t like how easy it is to dent the frame however. I have cabinets above & just put one hand on it & now have a forever dented washer top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently bought washer/dryer set. Champagne in colored and I had them stacked. They are gorgeous in design. Best feature is they clean clothes great, washer is so quiet and with the wifi they let me know when the wash is over- a feature I did not think I’d use but now absolutely love it. Also let’s me know when someone else is using them. Also being stacked I expected them to move while in use but they don’t . I highly recommend. Everytime I go downstairs I smile when I see them. The design is beautiful and they appear more compact leaving me more room which I like. I like how much capacity they have. Very impressed over all!
