[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got our machine installed and first load ran. Seems to run great and is very quiet. This is my first appliance that is app compatible so we will see how often I use that feature but overall very satisfied.

Performs well as we used it quite a bit during the first 2 days to catch up with the laundry after the previous washer died. The only downside was the door latch is loose and will not tighten any further. A slight unbalanced load will cause the door to move which triggers the switch that detects that the door is open and it pauses the cycle. Will have to call service already.

I’ll never buy a Samsung washer again. I’d give no stars if possible. It all started when I learned that the delay end feature doesn’t work. They tried to repair first one twice before replacing with a new washer. Undergoing third repair of replacement machine. The replacement electrical board was faulty. Delay feature does not work and washer remains locked. Technician said components smelled “burnt”. If this simple feature doesn’t work, what else is bound to fail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this big, beautiful Washer about a month ago (actually we've purchased 2 sets of these same w/d appliance sets within the last 6 MONTHS...WoW!) and we love how it cleans; how quiet it is; the platinum color AND the adorable Chime that sounds at the end of the various cycles! Just makes you SMILE!

It's working great, the size is perfect for a small family. And there are a lot of settings to wash different kinds of clothes. Highly recommend to all.

I love that the app tells me when my load is done to avoid waisted trips to my basement. The clothes are really clean and fresh I’ve always trusted Samsung products and this washer really backs that up. They keep everything on this product current to fit all of my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in October 2022, so we have had time to evaluate its performance. We’ve had no problems. It’s very reliable. With several wash cycles, we’ve used a few depending on the items to be washed.

I bought this washer about 1month and half and it has nice features and you would think is perfect but actually it doesn’t wash correctly, I find my clothes still with soap or softener and sometimes the door is all fill with soap or softener, I wish I could exchange maybe for a better one
