[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the set because I wanted a smart washer and dryer to add to my house that was good at its job and that's exactly what I got. I have 2 large dogs and I have to constantly wash their blankets (and ours) and having the larger capacity definitely helps. Being able to wash (and dry) on the steam sanitize is amazing because it works so much better at killing germs and odors than chemicals do. I love how you can connect "Alexa" to the washer and dryer and she will tell you when your wash is done so no more guessing...you can also get a text and or a notification on your compatible TV, amazing. Very satisfied with my purchase and would do it again.

Do NOT Recommend. Our machine is less than 2 years old and completely dead. Samsung will replace the parts but will not service a stacked machine. So, we have to pay to have someone come, unstack the machines, then pay for the repair labor, then pay to have the machines restacked. That is insane for a machine that is less than 2 years old (and is designed to be stacked). That level of quality and customer service is completely unacceptable.

In addition, the features let me customize the settings to what my clothes need without running it too long to really help save on utility costs. I am giving it a 4 because I’m having difficulties pairing it with my app. I will be contacting customer support in hopes they will resolve it.

It is not too loud. Easy to use. Many different wash settings, including a speed wash. Making it very convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 1st washer purchase and I must say it's awesome to have a washer in my home. It looks very modern with digital screen and touch screen. The functions are very self explanatory. It exceeds my expectation with washing. It's awesome that when I'm watching TV in another room, a small notification window pops up on the screen to let me know when the cycle is complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is great! It is very quiet and the drum is much larger than I expected it to be. I love the smart features connected to it. Setting up the washer to the smartthings app was a little tricky at first but after a few tries, it finally connected. I love being able to check the app to see the time left for the washer as well as being able to pre-set a wash with specific settings via the app. I am definitely not used to this much technology for a washer machine. I am still learning the many different options available in the app, but I would absolutely recommend this washer to my family and friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once again Samsung has gone beyond. I was able to install quickly to my Smart Things App, lets me check on progress of machine. The washer has many options for easy and quick start. Very quite and you don't even know it is working. Does not vibrate like others have during spin cylce.and clothes come out clean and almost dry. I like that I have the option to stack machines. The dryer also has many options for drying. Extremely quite and clothes come out wrinkle free. I have only tried using regular cylces. Have to try the delicate and quick wash soon.

The sanitize settings are wonderful. What a difference from what I had. I feel spoiled with this and the option to connect with SmartThings is a bonus! Worth the money.
