Wost mistake ever. As soon as I could I bought myself this Samsung washer and I couldn't be happier. My clothes are actually clean. I love the little song it sings to tell me when it is done and that I can connect to get notifications.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer (with the matching dryer) for a home I unfortunately no longer live in, and all I can say is that I miss this wash/dryer combo. I particularly like the size it fits my comforters without any issues. Also love the soap dispenser it is very convenient, I fill it up once ever so often and it disperses soap for all my washes. (There’s a way to set how much soap to disperse) This washer also has an amazing steam feature that leaves clothes smelling clean. Overall this is an amazing washer with a tremendous warranty that I’ll likely never need!!

Old was 24 minutes, new 19 minutes and now the cycle when complete shows up on the TV. She likes that also. If the dryer goes out again, will replace that too.

Bought this washer/dryer 2 years ago. Had to have a tech come out and work on it as soon as we tried to use it for the first time. The door has never shut properly and you have to hold it until it locks. But the worst part of this washing machine is the way it shrinks cloths. We put cloths in on a cold setting and hang dry, and this machine still shrinks them. We checked that the cold and hot water were not switched. I just would not recommend this machine.

It makes a lot of noise when on spin cycle and the noise is extremely loud. At first I thought it was normal but it has been getting worse and it seems that at some point the washer is going to break. I don't use it because it makes me nervous and I'm afraid of the noises It makes.

I'm very glad I received the Samsung washer ! it is a great addition to my family . ps: the only downside I noticed was when I washed my comforters and sheets, I used the "bedding" option and it kept saying 10 minutes to finish" it never finished!! i had to stop it manually because it wouldn't finish the cycle with the bedding option. I'm not sure why.

I ordered the champagne color and they are so aesthetically pleasing. I love the steam feature. My clothes seem to get so much cleaner with this washer. I’m really happy with my purchase. I am not handy at all and I installed both the washer and dryer by myself.
