I called customer support they told me to unplug it for about 5 mins, I did that and still have the same problem. I've unplugged it numerous times to no avail...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Washer is doing a great job with the laundry that has been washer in it so far. Blankets, Sheets, Towels, Clothes...all being washed well in this machine. Really love the front loader, it is our first one.

I purchased this product last year May 2023 and just after 15months all of a sudden it does not turn on right after the warranty expired. It was used rarely and mostly once or twice a week. Samsung third party service provider quick service has high prices just to visit and see what the issue , wish samsung can waive this first repair service.

We bought this and it was a floor model. We got a good price but no instructions on how to setup. After installing and stacking a dryer on top in a tight space, it would not work properly because we didn't remove the shipping braces. We didn't have the instructions so we didn't know. We called Samsung and the support person was phenomenal. He walked us through the process and even used an app that gave him the ability to see our washer and diagnose the problem. The washer is great and we love the text notifications.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently bought washer/dryer set. Champagne in colored and I had them stacked. They are gorgeous in design. Best feature is they clean clothes great, washer is so quiet and with the wifi they let me know when the wash is over- a feature I did not think I’d use but now absolutely love it. Also let’s me know when someone else is using them. Also being stacked I expected them to move while in use but they don’t . I highly recommend. Everytime I go downstairs I smile when I see them. The design is beautiful and they appear more compact leaving me more room which I like. I like how much capacity they have. Very impressed over all!

Holy cow, I've always HATED doing laundry, but these machines are awesome! Quick wash in 19 mins? Get outta here! Yes it does it in 19 mins! 10/10 in my book. Btw, I still HATE folding the socks!! HAHA

I love the eco modes, although they do sometimes make me have to run something like a larger blanket in the dryer a second time. But being able to control from my phone, save energy, and customize my load settings makes these more than worth it!

We’ve had the washer just barely over a year and it’s already requiring repair. I’m so frustrated! With a large family, we use it everyday. The spin cycle is extremely loud, but I can live with that, but now… after the cycle completes, my clothes are sopping wet! I’m having to run the spin cycle twice just to get it to a manageable “dryness” before it can go in the dryer. It’s so frustrating! We bought the set to match and now the dryer is giving us issues too. Would never buy a Samsung again!
