Adding all of the extra Steam based options in as well makes it even more of a value proposition. While a little confusing at first to program a wash without the app, that confusion goes away with familiarity. I can't stress enough that while you do NOT need the Smart Things App to enjoy this product, the functionality and flexibility you get with the app is awesome. Life Cycle Management and product information is readily available along with energy monitoring and being able to fine tune your laundry settings. A FANTASTIC system!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it seems to wash good. Its mite to noisy during the spin cycle and doesn't vibrate a whole lot. My only complaint would be how sensitive the power button is. If you barely touch it it turns off. I've done this a couple of times

It is not too loud. Easy to use. Many different wash settings, including a speed wash. Making it very convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 20 y/o traditional washer and I'm really impressed at how much better it works. It uses very little water compared to my old washer. The washer automatically adjusts to the load and the clothes come out unusally clean, much cleaner than with the old washer. The electronic controls take some time to learn but it's got a lot of options. The Koreans love appliances with jingles and this washer definitely has them. I don't have much use for the connectivity with my phone, which surprised me when my Samsung phone asked if it could join with the washer. It was weird.

I wish this model had an interior light Install is simple and quick, all necessary parts are included except for the water lines I like the fact that when you push the start button it actually starts, unlike our old washer. I am getting used to using online user manual since Samsung opted to save paper and not print a huge manual.
