The spin is so efficient that the clothes are practically dry when you transfer to the dryer. Thus, spending less electricity drying the clothes. The 3 compartments for detergent, bleach and softener is very convenient. Quieter than our last samsung we had for almost 13 years. Very satisfied with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After less than 11/2 years a bolt holding the drum weight sheared off. We discovered this while replacing the 4 shocks. Four months after replacing the sheared bolts the excessive vibrations started again.

It has every conceivable cleaning feature. From steam sanitizing to self-cleaning. And, of course, its smart capabilities allows for operation away from home.

Been using this new model for a few months now and it washes everything well (Family of 5) and I like that when connected to the Smart things app I get a notification that the load is finished.

It is very quiet and it works a lot quicker than the old one.. Plus the connection to the smart thing app makes it even easier for doing laundry because it informs you when your laundry is done and if you forget to start it, you can start it when you’re not at home. If it’s perfect in my laundry room area. And it’s a lot quieter than my old washer

I did my research and talked to several people for recommendations. Decided on the Samsung based on the reviews I read online and recommendation from people that own Samsung appliances. The washer and dryer are a great size for us. We hooked everything up ourselves no issues with hooking up the washer. My laundry shares a wall with our bedroom and there is minimal noise. Also love the simplicity of the control panel. So far I am loving it.
