It is simple to unclog but gets annoying when it happens every few months. I also dont like that it seems to have disconnected itself from my smarthub and will not reconnect. I do like it for all other purposes and reason though

It washes clothes thoroughly remove stains effectively and doesn't seem to consume as much electricity or water as other brands do. It is easy to maintain and small repairs such as the door seal are easily fixed with at-home methods. The ability to control things with a smart home app is a major plus too The enormous amount of different cycles and the amount of custom ability that there is is hands down beneficial.

Adjusting to life without an agitator was a bit of a feat, but it does a fantastic job of rinsing and spinning without ever going off balance. My only complaint is the cycle length; most cycles take about an hour, which is longer than I'd like. Doing a few loads ends up taking the whole day.
