[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is such an upgrade from our previous one. It is so quiet we forget it's running. Thankfully it plays a jingle when it's done. At first I thought I would hate that feature but the first time it played, I realized how helpful it would be so we don't leave wet clothes in for long. I also like that even though there are preset cycle settings, each one is still customizable. The machine holds a lot of clothes so we don't have to do too many loads. I would recommend this washer.
