Not a good product!!!. I bought this product last year for my mother. She has to manually select the cycles because the washer turns off after washing the clothes (no spinning cicle or rinse cicle starts on its own) I missed the time frame to return it to SAMS Club for 3 days. I was told to contact SAMSUNG customer service. Since I paid extra for extended warranty, I was expecting someone to help me with the problem. I waited more than 100 minutes to speak with a representative. I tried the texting method and spent 3 hours texting with “someone” who asked me to turn on/off the washer, start a cicle, wait to see if the problem was solved by turning it Off-On. Of course, it did not work. Then, I received another text asking me to start a cleaning cycle, which did not work either. After 3 hours I went to bed. The next day, I received a text message informing me that my claim was closed :( The washer doesn’t work well until today (02/01/24). SAMSUNG has a terrible customer service. Do not waste your money/time with this product.

We bought this Washer less than 1 1/2 years ago. It started sounding like it was coming apart on spin cycle. We thought the warranty was 1 year and not 2 so we called a repairman. The repairman said it was going to cost over $600 to fix! The counter weights on the drum came apart! Realizing the warranty was 2 years I called Samsung. After going round and round with questions I was told since we had someone else look at it, it would void our warranty! We have ordered a new washer needless to say. I will never buy a Samsung product again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WASHER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know it's probably the newest technology but I'm not sure about the lack of water used. The clothes get wet but there is no visible water. The clothes just flop around the bottom of the drum not really "washing". I've read that you won't see water. I just can't figure out how it gets clean with only a couple inches of water in the bottom of the drum. I like the choices of cycles. I had purchased a top loader in 2024 and went back to a front loader because of capacity. It is quite loud when spinning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful washer with plenty of bells and whistles, and an extra large capacity to take care of even your largest and heaviest loads. I love that there are varying levels for your water and the number of rinse cycles to make sure that everything gets clean. I have not connected it to the smart app So I really cannot comment on that. But, I have enjoyed using it in all of its different cycles.

I put the machine on an 11" wooden platform, so the wife bends less. Love the machine would continue to buy Samsung products, love the reliability.
