This machine changed my husband and I life he loves the quick wash feature and I love all the features. This machine is quality quiet and wash the clothes to my satisfaction. Happy Customer.

We have this washer that is less than 15 months old and the control board went out. The repair cost is almost as much as the initial purchase price. The initial purchase price was approximately $800. It is very loud and vibrates horribly during the spin cycle. The door looks like it is going to bounce open when it spins. We had an error code couple of months ago, indicating the washer wouldn't drain. There was very little water in the drain area and with a hard reset the washer started working again. But here we are couple of months later and the control board has stopped working, meaning nothing else works. We were stuck with clothes in the washer that could not be removed even by the repair technician. Samsung has been eliminated from the acceptable brands we will consider for any appliance. We have the matching electric dryer which is also loud & noisy now we are anticipating that it will stop working much before the suggested life span.

Excellent quality of cleanliness. And it connects to our phones and televisions and alerts us on both when we're watching TV. Super great set and we have switched to everything Samsung. The delivery was great and what an amazing deal! Highly recommend!

Instructions were in the manual that was included, so I followed them with ease to run my new washer. I love all the multiple choices I have for using this machine; temperature, load size, load type, etc. The wash was quiet and did a nice job cleaning.

Won’t power on, one month shy of 2 months from the date of manufacture…. What a P0S. Repairman said the control board is not getting any power. Control board isn’t fixable, it has to be replaced. My outlet has been tested and it’s working just fine, it’s the washer. I’m upset. Cost to repair is more than I paid for the washer….

This is the SECOND Samsung washer I have purchased in 1 year. The first one which I purchased from a big box store knocked and rattled so much during the rinse and spin cycle, they finally agreed to replace it. I got the second unit directly from Samsung.com in June 2023. Now, only 2 months later, the second washer is doing the SAME THING. I can't even wash clothes while on a Zoom call in my home office with both the laundry room and home office door closed because it sounds like a freight train is coming through my home. I'm beyond frustrated!!

The digitized versions of classical music songs when you change settings and whenever a load is complete get a little annoying over time. We purchased the pedestals this time, which raise the machines up to a more comfortable level. However, the washing machine seem less stable and rock back and forth when smaller loads are spinning at top speed...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look of this washer really catches the eye - it is sleek and just makes you think efficiency. The scratch resistant feature should keep it looking great for years too. The large capacity drum means I can wash a truly full load of laundry and cuts down on the time I spend running multiple loads. I was really impressed by the super speed wash setting as I tend to run really dirty laundry on a sanitize setting, but the laundry came out just as clean and in less time. With the steam setting I can wash any delicate items without worrying that something will be damaged - especially my daughters beloved stuffed animals. With all the dirt that goes through this washer, I am thankful for the self wash feature, which I have already used. Again this cuts down on the chores I have to take care of. The antimicrobial feature helps too since it keeps not just the washer clean but also my laundry. A feature I have never had before is a connection to a an that lets me control the washer - starting a load, scheduling washes, and so on, makes washing so much easier.

I had a Frigidaire and it had good options and got the job done, BUT this front load washer is epic! Options I wanted and options I didn't know I needed! The sanitize option is amazing! The cycles are faster than any washer I've ever owned. The washer is super quiet. I've loved everything about it. We have also saved quite a bit on our water bill. We have a family of 7 (4 are teenagers) and dad is a first responder, we have lots of dirty clothes. Our washer/dryer tends to be used daily. The sanitize option has made me so much more confident that my clothes are clean. Both washer and dryer have a capacity for super big loads! Now, the dryer. The drying is great! My favorite part..... when you open the dryer and a light comes on! I actually squeeed! Fast cycles and I only have to run it once, not multiple times with my old dryer. The steam option is top notch! My only complaint is how low they set on the floor. BUT, it is not a deal breaker. We plan on getting the pedestals. By far the best washer and dryer I've ever owned!
