[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this 2 months back and its doing wonderful job. There was one cream jeans pant that was dirty. I just wanted to try how does it wash. It did a wonderful job. No more tension to brush the dirt before washing.

Tried to get an extended warranty, yet Samsung tells me can only do that if manufactured within a certain time of build date. Maybe they should tell their venders such. Sold a lot of these machines while in the appliance business.

I love how quiet it is, and adding it to my Smart Things app has allowed me to monitor the amount of energy it uses, which is SUPER COOL. My wife especially likes the music it plays when the cycle is done.

It also used a lot of water. We had a front loader before and decided to go back to a front loader. Washed a load this morning and it works great.

We love the High-efficiency (water- and energy-saving) of the machine and the LARGE capacity of the barrel. We can wash a comforter or blanket in the convenience of our own home instead of going to a laundrymat for larger capacity. The cycle length is good although sometimes the timer stays on 11 minutes for spin mode for about 20-25 mins so it’s hard to actually gage when the cycle is complete. Overall we love our new washer and recommend it. Also the champagne color is beautiful

I bought this washer to replace my previous Samsung front loading washer that broke within 9 months. This one hung around long enough for the 12 month warranty to no longer be valid before falling apart. NEVER BUY a SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. They only make decent cell phones and tvs.

I loved this washer when I bought it 10 months ago. 10 months and the tub snapped. We have not over loaded it in any way or even moved it. We are very upset because we have called Samsung care department endlessly for a month. We got one technician out who examined it and then they couldn’t locate another team to fix it. Kept pushing me to the accommodations department that would never get back to me. I’m so disappointed and will not purchase another Samsung.
