[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced my 7 year old Samsung front load stackable washer. Not too bad but not great as far as how long it lasted. If the dryer needed replaced right now as well I probably would have went with a different brand. I find the quality of the new Samsung lacking. It seems to wash well, especially since the one I had was struggling for about a year. The door is flimsy, close it too hard and it bounces back at you, not hard enough, it doesn't catch. I don't really trust the dial/buttons on the machine. They seem like they will be the first thing to malfunction, just like my last washer. I hope I can get a little more useful life out of the pump on this one. This washer doesn't have "my cycle" which i liked and came in handy when the dial on my last washer quit working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer last month for our new home. It has worked exceptionally well. The controls are intuitive, with options for customization. The SmartThings app pairs well with your smartphone, allowing you to monitor and track your load. If I had to give a criticism, I find the jingle that plays on a completed load to be annoying! But if you can get past that, a really large and good washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has so many great features. The superspeed wash lets me run a quick load anytime, so I can keep up on my laundry needs. My 8 year old even runs a load every day or so to keep up her laundry - the washer is so easy to use. The steam feature lets me clean out the tough stains as well as run some delicates that dont need a rough washing. Having the washer connected to wifi lets me link it to the SmartThings app so i get notifications when a load is done or when the washer needs to be cleaned. The shallower depth let the washer fit easily into my laundry room but did not take away from the capacity. I can still run large and heavy loads.

Washer and Dryer look super modern, were a breeze to install and overall do an amazing job so far. Love the Wifi connectivity, although setting up a second user is little counterintuitive. Unit looks very modern and has many great features. Love the Quick wash - 28 minutes. All my appliances are now new Samsung Smart units, which makes me feel like I live in the sci fi future =). Now just need to add a samsung smart tv, so the notifications pop up on screen if Im watching something. My fiance loves it too.

i have so many positive things to say about this samsung washing machine. let me start by saying the easy to clean door seal is my favorite part. it is a clean and keep your clothes smelling fabulous. there are so many cycles to choose from to effectively clean your clothes depending on what type of clothing or articles you may be washing. it has a large capacity and i can fit a king size comforter in it and it comes out looking and smelling clean. an extra added bonus is the wi fi capabilities to use this machine anytime you need. overall i highly recommend this samsung washing machine, you will wish you had purchased it earlier. my favorite is that this washer allows you to do a speed wash. downloaded the smart things app and was able to connect my phone to the washer in a minute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washing machine! All of the features are super cool and run smoothly. and the super speed wash is amazing! The color is beautiful too, and the design is very sleek and modern so I don't feel like hiding it like my old one.

Shakes violently during spin cycle. And when it finally gets up to speed (if it does), it shakes my entire home. It is on a 10" thick slab of concrete and it still shakes my home! Prior repair tech came out and apparently tightened a few bolts and left, saying I'd need a motherboard (for shaking?) but never returned, never called to let me know the part is available, nothing. Frankly I want my money back and I am going to engage my CC to try and do so... this is horrible.

Very disappointed that you can't change factory settings. You have to change them every time you start the washer if you don't like the factory settings. If you select quick wash, you have to change the water temp every time you start the washer as the factory is set it to warm. I don't want warm. I want cold. You can't change it nor does it remember the last settings you set for that cycle. As I use quick wash a lot and have to change this every time. Would be great if it would remember that setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am surprised on how fast it dose a normal wash cycle and how clean the clothes come out. Love the smart features and how the washer tells the dryer what setting to dry most efficiently. Now my Sundays are not fully booked for hours of laundry. The color is great as well. Only thing I would change would be to make the washer door able to change opening direction like the dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this one cause it was in the middle range of the price options, not the cheapest or the expensive options. It's been 4 weeks since we started using it and I like it is paired now with my diveces. I am watching the TV and when the machine finished I received the notification in my TV. I liked that as sometimes I don't have my cellphone handy. Ot has additional option if you use the app but i still need to learn to use them. It does not make a lot of noise and I have not had any issues so far.
