I have More Space because Our Old Set was top loading with the High Back. It took a while to operate, but I went back and Read the Books again.

I decided to return to Samsung for my new washer, and after two months, no regrets!!! The washer is very quite, has no house shaken banging and rumbling like my suppossedly "quite drive" LG washer had. Easy to use controls, sharp looking washer that cleans very well! Great feature that it connects to my Samsung watch and phone to let me know when the laundry is done... can also sync with Alexa to announce when laundry is done. No mustty odor from the washer as I have noticed from other front load washers over the years. The steam cycle is great, it cleans thoroughly and the laundry comes out nearly dry! Delivery and setup was excellent! Very happy with the purchase!

Bought this washing machine 06/02/22 it was great for 4 months and then started sounding like a helicopter is landing in our house. Very disappointed with this washing machine especially after having the same washing machine (kenmore) with very little issues for 20 years. Currently not getting responses from the warranty so I guess that’s the next fight.

Samsung should stick to tv's because they suck at household appliances. I purchased the washer and the filter has to be cleaned around every other month. So, they put the thing so low at the bottom of the washer that you have to be on your belly in order to see what the heck your doing. Then they say to drain the emergency hose, only the plug on the emergency hose is on so tight that it is impossible to remove it! The process is a nightmare and the genius who engineered the thing must be an amateur. STICK TO TV's !! Samsung has no business making quality appliances because they have no idea. I purchased the dishwasher at the same time and I found that I hate the design of the racks. UGH. Aggravating to say the least with Samsung appliances.

The washing machine is fine. But the drain hose that comes with it is very short. According to Samsung it is a standard drain hose length. But because it did not reach the drain outlet we had to move the washing machine to the right side of the dryer and we had the door hinge of the washing machine on the left side. Now the washing machine door opens to the right and the dryer door opens to the left. Samsung doesnt have a bigger hose length and they wont change the door opening now as it was set that way when we ordered. How are we supposed to know that the drain hose length is so short that we will end up switching the side of the washing machine than what our original Kenmore elite washing machine was. The hose of that machine reached the drain perfectly fine. Now samsung is asking us to change the entire assembly to move the water and drain pipes closer to the machine!!!! They should put up this drain hose measurements and that there is a possibility of moving the machine to the other side of the current system setup. Sorry this is not acceptable. The 2 stars are for the machine itself which is fine but now as I have to live with this setup until this machine breaks down or we move out. Again not acceptable. Samsung needs to do better. We are not washing machine techs to know all this!!

Holy cow, I've always HATED doing laundry, but these machines are awesome! Quick wash in 19 mins? Get outta here! Yes it does it in 19 mins! 10/10 in my book. Btw, I still HATE folding the socks!! HAHA
