It is much quieter, takes less time to clean and has all the features you could possibly need. It will hold as little or as large a load that I need to do. It is so unbelievably quiet, I had to keep checking to see if it was actually on and working. I'm still learning all the ins and outs but with the app and all of the tip videos, it shouldn't be long before I'm a pro with this thing.

Only issue is that I can’t get it to connect to the SmartThings app. Haven’t had the issue with my other Samsung products (Fridge, TVs) or for that matter any of my other WiFi/bluetooth products. Nowhere does Samsung have clear instructions or troubleshooting steps.

I LOVE being able to connect it to my phone so I get an alert every time a load is washed. This has been a game changer for me. I have a special needs son and needed something that would get smells out of clothes and this washer does that and more. Our clothes are clean and fresh AND soft!
