Apparently the door lock is a common issue so just beware. However, the service tech we had out said that there isn't honestly a brand or model that is better than another these days. Overall, good washer.

The drum is spacious enough for large loads, which means fewer washes overall — another big plus for efficiency.

Only issue is that I can’t get it to connect to the SmartThings app. Haven’t had the issue with my other Samsung products (Fridge, TVs) or for that matter any of my other WiFi/bluetooth products. Nowhere does Samsung have clear instructions or troubleshooting steps.

It is so unbelievably quiet, I had to keep checking to see if it was actually on and working. I'm still learning all the ins and outs but with the app and all of the tip videos, it shouldn't be long before I'm a pro with this thing.
