[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know it's probably the newest technology but I'm not sure about the lack of water used. The clothes get wet but there is no visible water. The clothes just flop around the bottom of the drum not really "washing". I've read that you won't see water. I just can't figure out how it gets clean with only a couple inches of water in the bottom of the drum. I like the choices of cycles. I had purchased a top loader in 2024 and went back to a front loader because of capacity. It is quite loud when spinning.

The capacity size was perfect same as the previous washer that I had. I love that. It comes with new technology with the steam clean cycles on my last machine took a really long time but this one moved fast and efficient. I'm very happy with my new Samsung and would recommend it to others.

The technology is advanced but simple to operate. The washer cycles are able to meet up with our washing requirements irrespective of size or soil level. Highly efficient in energy conservation and material management.

It is pretty quiet and clothes don’t come out all wet so less dry time. The controls are not complicated either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is my second Samsung front loader Washing machine . The first lasted 10 years with heavy use , family of 8. The set up was super easy. I put the machine on an 11" wooden platform, so the wife bends less. Love the machine would continue to buy Samsung products, love the reliability.
