The washer won't spin out correctly, and will restart at the rinse part of the cycle. This makes it even more difficult to spin out, so the washer will restart again at the rinse part of the cycle, repeating this again and again.

I've been extremely impressed with this washer. It has a large capacity that easily handles bulky loads like comforters and towels, and it cleans clothes thoroughly while using water efficiently. The wash cycles are fast, quiet, and easy to customize, and the SmartThings connectivity makes it convenient to monitor the cycle from my phone.

You don't have to use that feature if you don't want to. It washed my dirtiest laundry for 4 hours one time. That was a bit much. But it's a great washer

The large capacity is perfect for my household because I can wash bulky blankets, towels, and large loads of clothes without overloading the machine. It saves me from having to do multiple loads. Good washer. Just smart things is somewhat not efficient and not easy to connect. capacity is good, wash time is reasonable. Stain removal is okay if you use right detergent. I have no clear opinion on water efficiency, but no complaints on water usage.

We had a baby last year and have lots of heavily soiled and stained clothes, it holds a large amount and cleans in only about 45 minutes. Our water bill has actually gone down even though we're doing more loads that ever.
