The washer won't spin out correctly, and will restart at the rinse part of the cycle. This makes it even more difficult to spin out, so the washer will restart again at the rinse part of the cycle, repeating this again and again.

You don't have to use that feature if you don't want to. It washed my dirtiest laundry for 4 hours one time. That was a bit much. But it's a great washer

I purchased this front load washer to replace my old Samsung front load washer that broke down. It is a great size for a family of 4. It is very efficient in its water usage. The noise during performance is bearable when the laundry room door is closed. One thing that I wish it could do is to allow me to add dirty clothes into the load even after the washing cycle has started.

I like the way it can let me know through my phone when my loads are ready for the dryer too. Cycle time is a little longer than my other machine but it gets stains out easily. It is simple to unclog but gets annoying when it happens every few months. I also dont like that it seems to have disconnected itself from my smarthub and will not reconnect. We receive the washer on 18 June 2026, features like the varies steam cycles, sanitize have not been used as of yet. We love not going to the local laundry mat, the size is great for our household, love the design, water efficiency, cycle time, and smooth operation so quiet you forget it on. The washer fit perfectly onto our old Samsung washer pedestal.

We were hesitant to get another front loader but saw this one had anti microbial lining to prevent stench and it works! Doesn't use a lot of energy and I like how I can connect my phone and it'll let me know when the washer is done. It also reminds me when to do a self clean cycle to keep it smelling fresh. Couldn't be happier with the machine!
