The filter is not strong enough for the hard water we have here and tastes kind of salty almost but still better than tap water would be. I'm the only one in the family that will drink the water. Interestingly enough no one seems to complain about the ice having a similar taste to it.

It's big - plenty of room for everything. Love the flex drawer for drinks. Had a few issues with the Family Hub screen for the first day or so - but it seems to have sorted itself out. Crossing fingers it will continue to Function as intented!

Also nice to have the 2 different ice sizes! Storage capacity is the largest we've every had and as an active family it was a necessity.

So many amazing options with this unit that I never thought I would need or enjoy. Let's start with the family hub - the accessibility of the on-screen options is like nothing I have ever thought possible on an appliance. Being able to have access to my shopping list at any moment, in my kitchen or from my phone, is truly a life saver. Ever been in the store and realized you weren't sure if you needed an item, being able to access my shopping list or even better be able to view inside the unit is a huge BONUS! The apps and the functionality it offers is great for you family. Having a scrolling slide show of pictures of the family, pets, etc. is also a fun way to relive memories. The beverage center is a game-changer in the world of refrigerators. Being able to have the most common items right at my fingers tips while not having to open up a door is a win, especially with small kids. The water pitcher has been an added bonus as it is used to refill the coffee machine that needs refilling quite often during the day. The amount of room inside this unit is also way more than we needed and much larger than our previous refrigerator however it is nice to have some space to allow for ease and quick accessibility of those sometimes hard to reach items. I feel like everything has a place in this unit, that makes sense to my family. The glass front is a beauty, however I will say keep a microfiber cloth on hand to be able to wipe down fingerprints. They are quite noticeable if it isn't wiped down a couple times a week.

I can access my Google and Outlook calendars from the screen on the front, which is very helpful as a working professional with kids. It also connects to my Pandora and Amazon music and has a tv for watching from the kitchen. I am very happy with everything so far.

We got the glass black and family hub and it was totally worth the price. Usually the price of a custom fridge is in the 10s of thousands but this one was just what we wanted. I love the two ice trays for regular and smaller ice and the beverage center with the auto fill water pitcher is awesome. I would highly recommend this fridge to anyone who was a custom look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is huge, in my opinion. The New Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator has 29 cubic feet of space. This is the extra-large capacity 4 door French door refrigerator with the family hub and a beverage center with a built-in water pitcher with auto-fill, really cool. So, lets go over the some of the PRO's and CON's of the new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator. Pros: So, the first thing that I liked about the refrigerator is that this is customizable. The top portion, the French doors, are made of glass and came be customized with different colors to match your kitchen and your style. The glass adds a modern and sleek look and is a lot easier to clean and maintain. You can simply clean it with glass cleaner and you get back your nice clean and shiny fridge. The other cool feature is the Samsung Family Hub. Even though we are not new to the family hub, this feature never ceases to amaze me. The family hub is so versatile and full of amazing features such as SmartView, Internal Cameras – allowing you to view what is inside your refrigerator on the go, so that you can grab what you need to. You also have the ability to add your doorbell and security cameras to the hub so everything is right there at your fingertips. The beverage center is awesome on this fridge. The beverage center is hidden behind a panel on the French door that has an auto-fill pitcher and a water dispenser. Dual Ice Maker- With is fridge you will never have to worry about running out of ice. This model has noticeably large ice trays with the dual nugget and regular ice cubes. Flex Zone Drawer – The flex zone drawer is a welcome addition to this fridge. As the name suggest it can be used for a variety of uses. It can be used as a soft freeze freezer to chilling your wine and beverages. Space – This refrigerator has so much more room than my previous one. I am glad that Samsung moved the Ice maker out of the fridge portion and into the freezer section, where it belongs, which opened up a lot more room in the top fridge portion. Cons: I have had the privilege of testing out a few of the Samsung refrigerators and one thing that I wish this fridge had was the UV Sanitizer and Oder remover. So, my previous 4 door flex fridge had this option and I loved it. Even if something went bad my fridge never smelled and there were never any funky food smells. That is only thing that I wish they had kept on this fridge. Overall, I think Samsung did an outstanding job with the New Samsung Bespoke refri

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge! Lots of space, clever use of space and adjustable parts. Ice tray is super easy to access. I haven't taken full advantage of the computer screen but the parts I have used have been a wonderful feature. Easy to set up and use. Also, this was the best packaged appliance I've ever received. Every corner and hinge, shelf, panel was wrapped and protected. It took nearly an hour to remove it all. There wasn't a scratch, dent or flaw on the fridge even after a tight entry into the kitchen. Extremely happy with our Bespoke fridge. Can't wait to expand to the rest of our appliances!

It is also connected with Amazon Alexa, Smart Things and Smart Home. I also like the beverage center with the pitcher and the ability to infuse flavored water. The two types of ice dispenser is outstanding. I'm getting nothing but compliments from everyone that has seen it stating that it must have cost a fortune. When I tell them the price I paid they get very surprised and tell me that they will look into making this their next refrigerator purchase when the time comes.
