We've had it for 18 months and it's been great. No problems, the family hub is the best. It shows who's at the door with ring. Can check the fridge while at the store to see if you need milk. It posts a message that something may be expired. It's really cool.

I bought this refrigerator a year ago and two months before our year. The refrigerator completely stopped working. He has now taken us two going on three months to get it replaced. Also now they're trying to give us $1000 less than what we paid for the refrigerator.

I haven't taken full advantage of the computer screen but the parts I have used have been a wonderful feature. Easy to set up and use. Also, this was the best packaged appliance I've ever received. Every corner and hinge, shelf, panel was wrapped and protected. It took nearly an hour to remove it all. There wasn't a scratch, dent or flaw on the fridge even after a tight entry into the kitchen. Extremely happy with our Bespoke fridge. Can't wait to expand to the rest of our appliances!

It has tons of amazing features that really make it one of the best refrigerators available. First off, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it was packaged. Protective covering was almost everywhere, and the fridge was spotless. It took me an hour to get it all off, but I'm good with that. I was also surprised with how fast the Bespoke cooled down, which is especially important with a cooler of food waiting to be placed in it. A really great feature is that you can check and set the temperature of the refrigerator on the family hub. Here's a warning, if you go look at this fridge in person, you're going to want it. It's sleek, modern, and has a high end fit and finish to it. We really like the handleless doors which fit great into a modern kitchen. The bottom of the Bespoke blends well with our other black stainless appliances, while the black glossy top just shines and looks amazing. Here are our top features: The beverage center is such a great convenience. A pitcher of ice cold water always ready and waiting! We bring the pitcher to the dinner table and use it to fill the coffee machine with fresh filtered water. Also, bonus, because no ice is dispensed here, there's no drip tray to get all nasty and gross. We really like having two types of ice ready to put into our drinks with the included ice scoop. The Bespoke makes ice fast. Tons of space for everything and the flex door is awesome, we use it for Deli but there are many other options for this space. The best feature of all, the Family hub. This bright and colorful screen helps with cooking, organizing schedules, checking on other smart appliances, and a lot more. Since a smart assistant is built in, I can play music, videos, add items to a shopping list, check who is at the front door, and more all while doing other things in the kitchen. Plus, say goodbye to magnets, because you can put dozens of your favorite family photos as a screensaver. There are so many features, I don't have enough space in this review. Definitely check out the Samsung Bespoke if you're looking for a modern refrigerator with lots of space for food and the great Family Hub.

This is the extra-large capacity 4 door French door refrigerator with the family hub and a beverage center with a built-in water pitcher with auto-fill, really cool. So, lets go over the some of the PRO's and CON's of the new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator. Pros: So, the first thing that I liked about the refrigerator is that this is customizable. The top portion, the French doors, are made of glass and came be customized with different colors to match your kitchen and your style. The glass adds a modern and sleek look and is a lot easier to clean and maintain. You can simply clean it with glass cleaner and you get back your nice clean and shiny fridge. The other cool feature is the Samsung Family Hub. Even though we are not new to the family hub, this feature never ceases to amaze me. The family hub is so versatile and full of amazing features such as SmartView, Internal Cameras – allowing you to view what is inside your refrigerator on the go, so that you can grab what you need to. You also have the ability to add your doorbell and security cameras to the hub so everything is right there at your fingertips. The beverage center is awesome on this fridge. The beverage center is hidden behind a panel on the French door that has an auto-fill pitcher and a water dispenser. Dual Ice Maker- With is fridge you will never have to worry about running out of ice. This model has noticeably large ice trays with the dual nugget and regular ice cubes. Flex Zone Drawer – The flex zone drawer is a welcome addition to this fridge. As the name suggest it can be used for a variety of uses. It can be used as a soft freeze freezer to chilling your wine and beverages. Space – This refrigerator has so much more room than my previous one. I am glad that Samsung moved the Ice maker out of the fridge portion and into the freezer section, where it belongs, which opened up a lot more room in the top fridge portion. Cons: I have had the privilege of testing out a few of the Samsung refrigerators and one thing that I wish this fridge had was the UV Sanitizer and Oder remover. So, my previous 4 door flex fridge had this option and I loved it. Even if something went bad my fridge never smelled and there were never any funky food smells. That is only thing that I wish they had kept on this fridge. Overall, I think Samsung did an outstanding job with the New Samsung Bespoke refri

The no handle look is extremely sleek and just looks phenomenal. Every single one of my friends and family have commented how nice it looks. Secondly, the fact that it has Alexa and google assistant onboard is so practical and functional and just makes my time in the kitchen easier and more streamlined. Thirdly, this is a massive fridge with ample fridge and freezer space for even the largest of families. Diving more into the aforementioned topics, one of my favorite things is the ability to quickly set a timer by just telling Alexa "set a 5 minute timer". I use this function every day that I make tea or am boiling eggs which since I'm on a diet at the present time, is extremely handy. I also like that my ring doorbell links up with the fridge so if I s you can see, this fridge is fully customizable and ready for even the most modern of kitchencan't leave the fridge because I am cooking, I can just see who is at the door from my fridge and talk with them too. Also, setting my home temperature is extremely easy to do from my kitchen since my nest thermostat also links up with the fridge too. The inside of the fridge has adjustable shelves that can suit your needs. I have very tall items in my fridge so I put the bottom shelf as low as possible so I could put overly tall items on that lowest shelf and there is still enough room to put short items under that shelf still. If you don't choose to just lower the bottom shelf, there is a push-away section to the middle shelf that gives you a tall section to use. The beverage center of the fridge is one of my favorite things. I have been trying to drink water more often and the fact that the pitcher automatically refills is just awesome. The pitcher also allows you to infuse your water with lemon/lime/citrus or anything you may want very easily. If you choose not to use the water pitcher, there is still a pouring spout with the button like most fridges have. Another unique feature of this fridge is that it makes 2 types of ice. One is standard ice and the other is smaller bite-sized ice. It has its own section in the freezer and comes with an extremely convenient scoop. There is also a customizable "flex zone" between the freezer and fridge that allows you to set the temperature from soft freeze, wine, deli, beverage, or meat. All the temperature settings are controllable onboard or via the app. I truly love this fridge
