After a week the drawer under the main doors started rubbing the hinge for the top left door. The drawer wouldn't close without forcing it in. I had to remove the left door and adjust the bottom hinge. The hinge wasn't even tight and had dropped down. I don't expect a brand new $3000 refrigerator to have loose hardware. Quality control is not the best.

Personally I do not have any negative comments. Everyone that comes by my kitchen stops to play with it or ask questions! Best decision I've made! Hopefully I am able to purchase the microwave/oven combo to watch my fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator a month ago and I love it. I like that the beverage center has a pre-filled water bucket. The ice is in the bottom drawer where I can scoop and use for cold beverages. So far, I really love it.

lots of features one of my favorites is the touchscreen, add items to my shopping list, every time i buy a new item i can add i always know what i have in the fridge, i can also see through a camera what i have inside, i can watch tv, listen to music, look for recipes, is just like a smart tablet on the door of my refrigerator the beverage center is awesome, it comes with a pitcher, i love that there is a door to grab water my kids can't play with it. the middle door is an amazing feature, i can store my drinks. i am just very impressed with this samsung refrigerator is super modern and perfect for my household!

Just like the kitchen is the heart of your home, well, this fridge is the heart of the kitchen. This Family Hub Fridge does take the crown as the best smart fridge out there, it just looks like a piece of art, it compliments my kitchen so much and all the guests I've had over notice the fridge first thing as they walk into my home. Oh, and it's not only beautiful on the outside, the inside is also great! Keeps everything cool and maintains the temperature very consistently in all 3 compartments. And here are only a few of my favorite features: 1. The double ice maker: How many times have you struggled trying to fill out a water bottle with ice cubes? Well, say no more, the pellet size ice maker is your savior! 2. Built in water infuser: Who else dislikes the taste of tap water? Guilty here, well, once again Samsung comes to the rescue, just throw in a couple lemon slices, cucumber slices or whatever your preference is into the infuser pitcher, and voila, tasteful water every time! 3. Smart features: How many times have you been to the grocery store and not knowing what you have inside the fridge? Well, just take a peak inside your fridge from whenever you are! How? Well, just log in into Samsung SmartThings and you'll be able to see not just the inside contents of your fridge, you can also set the temperature of the Fridge/Freezer, track the energy usage, even troubleshoot it! These and many more things are the reason why getting this Fridge is a no-brainer.

This is a good fridge. It has plenty of space. I find the middle drawer especially useful and appreciate the flex feature to set temperature. The main reason I wanted this fridge was for the beverage center that automatically fills the water pitcher. That is the handiest feature I've ever had in a fridge, and I use it daily. The ice bites are a favorite of every guest. I also have the family hub, and I use it more often than I anticipated. The camera feature inside the fridge rarely recognizes anything correctly, so I don't use that one. I do make notes often on the hub and use it to pull up my recipes. The one thing I am not thrilled about is the inability to remove the shelves to clean them. One of the shelves allows you to slide a portion back, which helps when I have tall cakes to refrigerate. The freezer drawer has plenty of space and is easy to organize.

The fridge is beautiful and very modern however it came defective, the inner lights are so dark and when a Samsung tech came to inspect turns out the main panel is defective, now I have to wait for parts and a tech to come back and install this. I didn't contact the seller I contacted Samsung.

Whatever you do do NOT waste your money on this refrigerator. It worked great for 2 years and 2 months. Then I started having issues with the freezer. Called in through the extended warranty. I was shocked (not really, I was warned) that the ice maker needed to be replaced. No problem, right? They'll replace it and it'll be good as new. Well Samsung doesn't make the ice maker anymore so basically they told me there's no fixing it.
