[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a month ago. Deleted all of the factory photos and now they're all back. I can't touch and remove them again because that album was deleted, so now I just have a slide show of random people on my fridge of a different ethnicity and I cannot remove it!! Food recognition option is irritating. If I place food in the fridge it incorrectly identifies it 100% of the time so I constantly delete it and the fridge adds it back. No option to disable that feature. ( there's a camera, why not include a barcode scanner?) The door shelves are not adjustable: I can't delete unwanted and annoying apps that I'll never use from the fridge. Like Pepperidge farm; Ring, etc… very annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was first introduced to Samsung Bespoke refrigerator after my old one broke. I purchased one without the family hub, and my family loved it. I never thought that I would have so much interests in a refrigerator, but I love the design and concept of Bespoke refrigerators. So much so that I bought a second one for my office. This time with the family hub!

First let's talk about the capacity of this large refrigerator. There's room to store the families favorite foods in this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. I can store food in all size containers, pots & pans on shelves in drawers and doors. It feels like there's a place for everything. My kids love the Flex drawer. It's as if they have their own spot in the fridge for drinks and snacks. The clean boxy shape translates to a lot of uninterrupted space inside without all the curves and odd areas that can limit placement. For clean lines and cleanliness I'm happy the water spout is hidden behind the easy access panel. You're less likely to have water and ice spills on the ground. I don't see any water spots or calcium build up on the outside or inside the door. There's a large capacity ice tray that allows you to see how much ice you have and easily access as much or as little of it. Who doesn't like a scoop of crushed ice in a refreshing drink? The HUB is an amazing tool for ordering groceries, listing ingredients or leaving notes for everyone to see. I can watch a cooking show on the fridge and follow the instructions. Party planning? Manage prep like a pro and play music at the same time. You can display artwork and or personalize it with your family photos. My guests tend to stop for a few minutes to look at the photos on the HUB. I can see what my other connected devices are doing such as the washer and dryer, multitasking like a pro! You can use the SmartThings app to see what's inside your fridge or to change the temperature in the different zones! Please improve the camera placement for better viewing angles. There should be better group control of other Samsung devices if you want them to display the same thing such as uploaded photos and Artwork either in sync or randomly pulled from the same bucket. I received this product at a discount for my honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a beautiful refrigerator and really makes our kitchen pop. However, it seems to run constantly and the noise it makes is noticeable to me in comparison to the last fridge we had. The ice maker is quiet, makes 2 kinds of ice which is nice. I feel like I had more space in my side by side though. Being able to play music on it is a nice feature but the whole screen being a computer is unnecessary.

Everything works as it should and having the ability to watch a video while making dinner is one of my favorite features. Standing at the grocery store and not remembering if we needed milk, open the app and viola I can see if we need milk or not! Best purchase ever!

Bought the Samsung familyhub refrigerator and it stopped cooling after a month. tried reaching out to technical support but no luck. i think there should be another feature that is missing in the features section that is will work only for a month buy a new one after that.

We are very happy with it but for the smudge-proof feature which I had in our earlier refrigerator. I like the water and ice containers hidden behind the door and the overall capacity and “metal cooling” features of the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in September 2024. I have been researching and watching for it to go on sale and meet my price range. We love it! Especially the beverage center and ice! It has come in especially handy since our son, his wife and child moved in with us while they build their house. It gave me all of the extra room I need for 5 people. Everyone loves the wonderful tasting filtered water and the automatic fillable pitcher. I have been trying to get the family message center set up but have had some difficulties. I haven't fully delved into the meal planning yet, but it was one of the many features I was excited about! The Family Hub and being able to see what is in my fridge were 2 of the main selling features. I am disappointed that the cameras do not show items in the door shelving. My grandson loves watching his YouTube videos in the kitchen while eating. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

Water filter system failed causing a ton of water damage to the cabinetry as well as the bathroom and office below.
