Its been a minute since I bought a fridge but after buying the bespoke vacuum and been dying to have the kimchi fridge in Cali (but they dont make) this was an amazing combination of everything I needed. There's so much room! The refilling pitcher is a dream! The duel ice makers like WHAT.... amazing. I love watching my shows when I'm baking and can totally see when people come to my door, i mean i can keep going on and on, but FYI... buy it. :)

Bought the Samsung familyhub refrigerator and it stopped cooling after a month. tried reaching out to technical support but no luck. i think there should be another feature that is missing in the features section that is will work only for a month buy a new one after that.

We are very happy with it but for the smudge-proof feature which I had in our earlier refrigerator. I like the water and ice containers hidden behind the door and the overall capacity and “metal cooling” features of the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no doubt this is a beautiful fridge. This is my second family hub, the first being the 4 door flex with the icemaker issues. I've had the fridge a few weeks now. Positives: Very good looking fridge. The bespoke fridge with the middle drawer seems much more spacious than the 4 door flex version and you can still use the middle drawer as a flex zone. The build quality seems high (except for door misalignment issue see below). The features are rich but would like a little more flexibility with picture showcase options such as timings between picture rotations, etc...Moving the ice to the bottom drawer frees up so much space for the main fridge items. Negatives: The left door bottom sticks out further than the right door and the installers said there was no way to adjust this, only the door levelling. It is obvious when you stand at the fridge and is quite annoying but not noticeable at a distance. The family hub screen is dull and washed out and difficult to see with direct sunlight hitting it even with brightness turned all the way up. An OLED or neo mini dot screen would have made all the difference since this fridge is all about looks. I've ad some guests comment about it. The sound is lackluster with no substance. The older AKG family hub fridges had terrific sound but this version makes me not want to use the speakers for anything at all. I also had difficulty connecting to smart things and had to do a bunch of manual workarounds as easy connection kept erroring out. Overall - Got this mainly for the looks, features and it filled the bill for me. Everyone likes to play with the family hub when the see it for the first time and draws their attention. I love being able to display my digital photos and videos and that integrates with the Ring doorbell.

I am absolutely in love with this new Fridge. So I actually bought this for my Mother-in-law's house. My kids spend half of the time at their house if they are not at my house. And the fridge she had was an old small fridge. Having my kids half of the time, you need to have a very spacious fridge to fit all of my Family's needs. This fridge right here is just that. The space in this Bespoke Samsung Fridge is tremendous. Now apart from the space there are so many great features I have set up the wifi and connected this new fridge to my Samsung app on my smart things. I can view what food is inside just from my phone. I can also change the setting of how cool I want it or if I want the ice or water turned off. This is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Now about the screen this fridge has, well it has left me speechless . I absolutely love the control of the features right from the screen. The screen can also be turned into a TV literally . My kids were wat hing samsung tv on this. So it's like having 2 in1 a TV and a Fridge. I can also have a calendar, shopping list, reminder, and many more features I still will find once we have it more time. The water pitcher is a plus for me. Having a pitcher of cold water is great other than having just the glass of water pour it from the fridge. The ice making is a great feature to have when we have small gathering with family for our drinks. The Freezer space is so much bigger than the pictures show and of what I imagined. Now every time someone comes over to my Mother-in-law's house they ask about the fridge! And of course my Mother-in-law loves to tell them how great it is in every way. I will definitely recommend this Bespoke Samsung Refrigerator to all my family and friends.

lots of features one of my favorites is the touchscreen, add items to my shopping list, every time i buy a new item i can add i always know what i have in the fridge, i can also see through a camera what i have inside, i can watch tv, listen to music, look for recipes, is just like a smart tablet on the door of my refrigerator the beverage center is awesome, it comes with a pitcher, i love that there is a door to grab water my kids can't play with it. the middle door is an amazing feature, i can store my drinks. i am just very impressed with this samsung refrigerator is super modern and perfect for my household!

First let's talk about the capacity of this large refrigerator. There's room to store the families favorite foods in this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. I can store food in all size containers, pots & pans on shelves in drawers and doors. It feels like there's a place for everything. My kids love the Flex drawer. It's as if they have their own spot in the fridge for drinks and snacks. The clean boxy shape translates to a lot of uninterrupted space inside without all the curves and odd areas that can limit placement. For clean lines and cleanliness I'm happy the water spout is hidden behind the easy access panel. You're less likely to have water and ice spills on the ground. I don't see any water spots or calcium build up on the outside or inside the door. There's a large capacity ice tray that allows you to see how much ice you have and easily access as much or as little of it. Who doesn't like a scoop of crushed ice in a refreshing drink? The HUB is an amazing tool for ordering groceries, listing ingredients or leaving notes for everyone to see. I can watch a cooking show on the fridge and follow the instructions. Party planning? Manage prep like a pro and play music at the same time. You can display artwork and or personalize it with your family photos. My guests tend to stop for a few minutes to look at the photos on the HUB. I can see what my other connected devices are doing such as the washer and dryer, multitasking like a pro! You can use the SmartThings app to see what's inside your fridge or to change the temperature in the different zones! Please improve the camera placement for better viewing angles. There should be better group control of other Samsung devices if you want them to display the same thing such as uploaded photos and Artwork either in sync or randomly pulled from the same bucket. I received this product at a discount for my honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's nice. Not as roomy as my other kid refrigerator. Like having tv and music in kitchen. Best part it's contained in one area. Don't have to find a place to mount a tv. Like that I can use the remainder and grocery list features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Bespoke is only a few weeks old and already we are loving it. Great design, great looks and tremendous features. We are in the final stages of a kitchen remodel and our Bespoke is the icing on the cake. We love the automatic pitcher refill feature. Always have ice cold water when we want it. The twin ice makers in the bottom freezer quietly makes and dispenses both ice cubes and ice chips into seperate bins. The Family Hub is a really neat feature. It immediately connected to our WIFI system so now we have Alexa, Pandora, I Heart Radio and Amazon music, to name a few of the apps. We can watch TV shows, news or even movies. We even our Ring Doorbell on it. Kinda cool when someone comes our door and they appear on the refrigerator. The Family Hub also has recipes to help with meal planning. You can also download pictures from your phone and create your own slideshow. Honest, I was shopping at a local store when I got a text message. I opened the message and it was from our refrigerator telling me a door was open on the fridge. I thot, WOW!, it even lets me know when something not right is going on with it. I immediately called my wife to let her know the fridge door was open. Seems she was rearranging some things in the Bespoke and kept the door open too long. I have attached a few pictures of our new Bespoke. Please keep in mind our kitchen is being remodeled, thus the doorless cabinets.
