[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fabulous fridge and freezer. I loooooove the beverage center with the self filling jug and extra opening to get there. Ice cubes and chips trays are in the freezer section and I love how this works. When it comes to the smart features Samsung has to work a bit harder though. The fridge few has not correctly identified any of my products yet. I have not found any info to locate an app where I can scan my items before placing in the fridge to get alerts for items going out of date. I would really love to use my "smart" options there but it lacks either the features or instructions on how to use them.

Getting up in the morning and having ice cold filtered water in a pitcher is amazing, I really didn't know what I was missing! The beverage center is so convenient. The ice maker two different size ice cubes which was a pleasant surprise! It's very spacious

Originally I had purchased this fridge because the smart things application on the fridge was supposed to work seamlessly with my google doorbell. After trying several days, I have given up and find that there are many other people encountering the same issue. On top of this, the delivery process was a pain for my area. It took me 3 months to get the fridge and on the day of delivery, I was told that there was no one home and they skipped my home. I was waiting all day at home and never once saw a delivery truck. They rescheduled and the fridge was eventually delivered, but I will hesitate to order again.

From the awesome Beverage Center to the Dual Ice Maker, to make it short if you're looking for fully loaded fridge that will not stand out in your kitchen but will definitely will be the center of attention (if it makes sense lol) of your kitchen this is it! Samsung nailed the design by placing both the Water dispenser and Ice maker inside, leaving just a plain panel outside that is now fully customizable to match your kitchen! Going into more detail about the Ice Maker, I just love the small ice cubes this fridge makes, now I can finally put those in my water bottles without making a mess! The water pitcher with an infuser in the Beverage Center is great! Throw in a couple lime slices, strawberries to give some flavor to the fridge water. Not going back to a fridge that has their dispensers outside or definitely that is NOT Samsung branded.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator about 4 months ago, and there are some very good things about it and some so-so things. I love the two different ice makers, and I love the water pitcher that fills up in seconds. I am also a huge fan of the freezer drawer, I can put over a weeks worth of frozen food easily in the storage area. The middle drawer is a little awkward in the sections, I have been playing around to see if they can be resized. The water filters run out very quickly, in the 4 months I have replaced them twice and need to order some more now. I also am not a fan of the way the left side door does not stay open. If you are putting item in or trying to clean out the fridge you have to prop it open for it to stay open. Overall, I am satisfied with as my son calls it my bougie fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's start by saying not only does this fridge look awesome it is awesome. It has pretty much every feature you can think of and beyond. I love the automatic refillable pitcher. No longer am I going to the fridge to find I'm out of water. It beats using the standard water founder in most fridges because it takes forever to fill up your cup. Plus you get to infusion our water. That's right the pitcher has a build in infuser. So cut up your favorite fruit and spice up your water. Let's talk about the touch screen. Holy moly! That thing is amazing. I loved that I can upload my own photo's connect my wife's calendar and mine and have it show. No longer can I say I didn't see it and mis an appointment that she had in her phone. If you have a music subscription I was surprised by the speaker. I wasn't expecting much but you can crank it up and it's decent. Who thought a fridge would have a speaker? Moving onto the space. I would make sure you include opening the refrigerator doors. Not something I thought of. I had enough space but someone might get in trouble if they didn't account for opening the doors. There is plenty of room. After moving to this new fridge from my old one it looked like nothing was in it. The middle section is pretty cool. You have different modes you can set it to based on what you want in it. We kept it the same as the fridge because honestly I didn't know what to expect from the start. I'm sure this is something we will change moving forward like setting it to beverage for those parties so everything is ice cold. Speaking of ice you never have to worry about running out of ice. The two different kinds of ice are cool no pun intended. It even comes with an ice scoop. No longer do you have to worry about people putting their little grubby hands into the ice. I would recommend this product for sure. Go out and get this fridge. Trust me you won't regret it. Everyone who has seen it so far has been super impressed. It's my new go to conversation started and it was the finishing touch to our kitchen remodel. One last thing you can connect this with Samsung smart things. It will let you know if the door isn't shut. When you have kids and aren't home this can be a life saver. It also allows you to look inside the fridge when you are on your phone. This way if you can't remember what you have and are at the grocery store you can take a quick peek.

However, due to our kitchen/pantry layout unfortunately we had to go with a counter depth which at first we were bummed about but this fridge gave us max space and holds plenty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not one to care about my appliances unless they're not working when I need them but with this refrigerator- I'm in love with it! Once the refrigerator was delivered and installed, I immediately began the playing with it. There are so many useful features. I can play music, watch tv, send messages, and look up recipes- all from the door! The most convenient feature for me is that I can look inside it through my phone when I'm shopping to double check on what I might need to pick up. If you're like me and love to eat ice, the ice maker is one of its most delicious features. I have to say, I did not thinks I would use the middle drawer as much as I do but it's the part that I go to the most. I keep a pan to defrost the meat for my meals in one section and still have two other sections to put snacks and other food that I want to keep chilled, but not too cold. The freezer is slightly small but it is very deep and I've had enough room to keep everything in there, so no complaints from me. As far as the look, the matte black is so pretty in person and it doesn't keep fingerprints, just a quick wipe with a microfiber towel or damp sponge and the refrigerator looks as good as new. Plus, it's a real show stopper. Whenever guests come over they can't help but comment on my cool fridge and love playing around with the touchscreen. I'm still finding out new features and new things this refrigerator can do. Definitely get this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't ever used a smart fridge before, but I can start by saying the Door Open notification has already saved me several times - my children (7 and 11) have either spent a long time looking inside the fridge or didn't close the door all the way,triggering the notification and saving me an expensive trip to the grocery store. I am a huge fan of the Beverage Center. The default water temperature and ease of use of the pitcher & dispenser combo has been a great resource for filling up water bottles quickly. The water is delicious after filtration, and I love how fast it refills the pitcher after use. It's made it much easier filling our coffee maker or dog bowls without having to use another small cup to transport multiple times. The fridges Family center is pretty cool as well. It has all the Bells and Whistles I'd ask for. My kids have been leaving notes and my wife and I send messages banc and forth on the fridge. We plan on utilizing this feature to communicate what's for dinner and other fun things to our kids. One thing that hasn't been as cool as it sounds is the Item Identification - the fridge has cameras so you can see inside. It will build a list of what it can see - but the list is almost always incorrect. I'm not sure the usefulness of this if it can't truly identify things - it thought a bottle of soda was Butter, or a bag of lettuce was milk. Not sure how developed that is, but so far, from what I've seen, it has a ways to go. It also won't be able to see all the items, just the stuff in the front. I'd like to see future models with more visibility into the drawers and back of the fridge, but for now, the glimpse it gives is really awesome and all I need when I'm at the store and need to double check what we're running short on. Lastly, the ice cube trays are great. I love having the option of small or large cubes. They are very dense and cold so they last a while in a drink and keep the drinks ice cold. I like having a scoop to be able to get as much ice as I need right away. One thing I am annoyed with is that the ice bins don't fill on their own. You have to pull the ice to the front so that the ice continues to produce more - if you don't do this, it'll make some ice, but it won't fill the bin up. All in all, I am very happy with this Fridge. It's got amazing amounts of space and a very solid and high quality build. It fits in the space, it looks awesome, and is the talk of any guest that comes over.

Plenty of space and the features on the hub are user friendly. The Family Hub lets you see inside your refrigerator, manage your family's calendars, stream music, see who's at the front door and much more, all right from your fridge or phone. I use Use the Samsung SmartThings App* on your smartphone to control the temperature of your refrigerator and monitor it remotely. Love this fridge. Nothing to complain about so far!
