[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will be honest, I was not in the market for an expensive refrigerator at all, but…once I saw this one and all it's features, I fell in love. The refrigerator itself is incredibly spacious. The beverage center is my favorite thing ever, as it keeps drinks perfectly cold and the water dispenser is very efficient. The freezer is also much more spacious that any I've had of similar design in the past. I also LOVE the internal ice maker with the scoop for ice. I was reticent to give up a traditional in-door ice maker, but this one is so much better! No ice shooting out everywhere. I love everything about this fridge. It's a sleek design and the Family Hub, which I had on another fridge a few years back, seems to be working much better than it did in my old model.

We were looking to replace our 5 year old Samsung Hub 4-door fridge and was looking at the Bespoke line as a replacement. Overall, very pleased with the fridge and it's new features! - PROS: Let's talk about the good stuff! 1) One of the best features of this fridge is putting the ice maker in the freezer where it belongs. It creates more space in the refrigerator section and it doesn't "freeze up" like our old one did and it makes plenty of ice. 2) The second is the beverage center which hides behind a panel giving the fridge a sleek modern look. Love the pitcher and it's auto-fill capability - never run out of water. We use the pitcher more than the water dispenser. 3) Love the extra space in the fridge section and the collapsible shelf when we need to store larger items. 4) Let's talk about the sleek design outside - it blends in well in the kitchen. Love the glass panels. 5) What's the "hub" bub about? - The Hub is nothing new to us as we had it in our previous model but it is an information center for the family. From displaying photos, to appointments, to recipes, music, or home automation. Like that Alexa is built in but wish Google assistant was as well. Finally Google Nest products can be added and we can now view our security cams. 6) Like the dual layout of the freezer compartment which allows for storing lots of food. However, do miss the ability to organize more from our 4-door flex model. - CONS: Okay, let's take a look at some improvements that would make this fridge amazing! 1) Not enough lighting in the fridge or freezer compartments. The 4-door flex models have extra lights on the sides so it tends be a bit dark. 2) The middle flex drawer is only capable of soft freeze but should have full freeze capabilities so not truly flexible like the 4-door flex models. 3) The beverage center needs some sort of slide-able door to prevent cold air from escaping from fridge especially when you are using the water dispenser. - Samsung has definitely taken the fridge design a step further with the new features. Love the bespoke line of products that you can customize. We are looking to replace our remaining non-Samsung appliances to Bespoke versions in the near future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's start by saying not only does this fridge look awesome it is awesome. It has pretty much every feature you can think of and beyond. I love the automatic refillable pitcher. No longer am I going to the fridge to find I'm out of water. It beats using the standard water founder in most fridges because it takes forever to fill up your cup. Plus you get to infusion our water. That's right the pitcher has a build in infuser. So cut up your favorite fruit and spice up your water. Let's talk about the touch screen. Holy moly! That thing is amazing. I loved that I can upload my own photo's connect my wife's calendar and mine and have it show. No longer can I say I didn't see it and mis an appointment that she had in her phone. If you have a music subscription I was surprised by the speaker. I wasn't expecting much but you can crank it up and it's decent. Who thought a fridge would have a speaker? Moving onto the space. I would make sure you include opening the refrigerator doors. Not something I thought of. I had enough space but someone might get in trouble if they didn't account for opening the doors. There is plenty of room. After moving to this new fridge from my old one it looked like nothing was in it. The middle section is pretty cool. You have different modes you can set it to based on what you want in it. We kept it the same as the fridge because honestly I didn't know what to expect from the start. I'm sure this is something we will change moving forward like setting it to beverage for those parties so everything is ice cold. Speaking of ice you never have to worry about running out of ice. The two different kinds of ice are cool no pun intended. It even comes with an ice scoop. No longer do you have to worry about people putting their little grubby hands into the ice. I would recommend this product for sure. Go out and get this fridge. Trust me you won't regret it. Everyone who has seen it so far has been super impressed. It's my new go to conversation started and it was the finishing touch to our kitchen remodel. One last thing you can connect this with Samsung smart things. It will let you know if the door isn't shut. When you have kids and aren't home this can be a life saver. It also allows you to look inside the fridge when you are on your phone. This way if you can't remember what you have and are at the grocery store you can take a quick peek.

This fridge is absolutely beautiful and meshes so well with the design in my home. What I love about it is that I can change up the panels if I ever wanted a different theme in my kitchen. I enjoy the dual ice maker, with the wifi controls. I love that I get alerts on my TV and phone if I leave the fridge door ajar. It has been a splendid experience since receiving the Bespoke fridge. One of the most exciting appliances I've ever had the pleasure of owning. Setup was a breeze and the panels are really easy to install.

It has tons of amazing features that really make it one of the best refrigerators available. First off, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it was packaged. Protective covering was almost everywhere, and the fridge was spotless. It took me an hour to get it all off, but I'm good with that. I was also surprised with how fast the Bespoke cooled down, which is especially important with a cooler of food waiting to be placed in it. A really great feature is that you can check and set the temperature of the refrigerator on the family hub. Here's a warning, if you go look at this fridge in person, you're going to want it. It's sleek, modern, and has a high end fit and finish to it. We really like the handleless doors which fit great into a modern kitchen. The bottom of the Bespoke blends well with our other black stainless appliances, while the black glossy top just shines and looks amazing. Here are our top features: The beverage center is such a great convenience. A pitcher of ice cold water always ready and waiting! We bring the pitcher to the dinner table and use it to fill the coffee machine with fresh filtered water. Also, bonus, because no ice is dispensed here, there's no drip tray to get all nasty and gross. We really like having two types of ice ready to put into our drinks with the included ice scoop. The Bespoke makes ice fast. Tons of space for everything and the flex door is awesome, we use it for Deli but there are many other options for this space. The best feature of all, the Family hub. This bright and colorful screen helps with cooking, organizing schedules, checking on other smart appliances, and a lot more. Since a smart assistant is built in, I can play music, videos, add items to a shopping list, check who is at the front door, and more all while doing other things in the kitchen. Plus, say goodbye to magnets, because you can put dozens of your favorite family photos as a screensaver. There are so many features, I don't have enough space in this review. Definitely check out the Samsung Bespoke if you're looking for a modern refrigerator with lots of space for food and the great Family Hub.

From the awesome Beverage Center to the Dual Ice Maker, to make it short if you're looking for fully loaded fridge that will not stand out in your kitchen but will definitely will be the center of attention (if it makes sense lol) of your kitchen this is it! Samsung nailed the design by placing both the Water dispenser and Ice maker inside, leaving just a plain panel outside that is now fully customizable to match your kitchen! Going into more detail about the Ice Maker, I just love the small ice cubes this fridge makes, now I can finally put those in my water bottles without making a mess! The water pitcher with an infuser in the Beverage Center is great! Throw in a couple lime slices, strawberries to give some flavor to the fridge water. The Flex Zones drawers allow for storing frozen items or refrigerated items with ease. Keeps fruits and vegetables fresher and last longer due to Samsung's Metal Cooling. Love that the refrigerator is Wi-Fi enabled allowing me to connect to it and change setting from my phone. I'm glad they finally came out with another newer family hub version. Plenty of space and the features on the hub are user friendly. The Family Hub lets you see inside your refrigerator, manage your family's calendars, stream music, see who's at the front door and much more, all right from your fridge or phone. I use Use the Samsung SmartThings App* on your smartphone to control the temperature of your refrigerator and monitor it remotely. Love this fridge. Nothing to complain about so far!

The smarthub is a very useful addition. You can watch YouTube videos, stream Spotify and even see who's at your door if you have a ring doorbell. It cooled down so fast I was impressed. Keeps beverages nice and chilled in beverage section and did I mention the ice? It makes small clean cubes in a little bucket so you don't have that ugly dispenser in your door! The 2 sizes it makes are very useful and real popular with kids. All my friends and family have been amazed at how clean this unit looks. I love how I can see what's inside while I'm at the store and not purchase things I have. Samsung has really stepped up their game!

Got a refund in full but went without a fridge for 3 weeks. Samsung refused to provide any compensation for inconvenience and having to eat out for duration since I couldn't keep food in my fridge.

Love the handleless design and multifunctional touch screen. We use the auto refilling water pitcher daily and love having the ice machine in the freezer which opens up so much additional space in upper portion of the fridge. Our son cannot get enough of the touch screen art program. He likes to draw us pictures constantly. The slick design and incredible functions suite our home and family perfectly. The only criticism we have is the pitch point that exists between the upper doors and middle drawer. You cannot close one while simultaneously opening the other without getting your fingers jammed between them. We feel the handle for the middle should have been placed on the bottom of the drawer to prevent this issue.
