So far I haven't seen any issues with this refrigerator in my 2 months of extensive use.. from 5 year old to 75 year old everyone loves this. Ice for kids.. ice cold water for me and spacious refrigerator for wife made this a new loved gadget if the house. Can't miss to acknowledge the Alexa and screen to watch videos. We have enjoyed to dual ice cube sizes..and center refrigerator cabin for poultry. I highly recommend this refrigerator for any new house .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been shopping the Samsung fridges for a few years and was hesitant because I didn't know if they would actually fit in my small kitchen. The measurements were too close for comfort. When I saw the Labor Day specials I decided to take the risk. GLAD I DID! The fridge itself is great and I love having the dual icemakers and beverage center as well as the dual open top left door to minimize opening the full door for often used items. The middle drawer is a great place for all the things we access often and I love that we can set a different temp there when needed. The only thing that is a bit off is Family Hub. We've had several times when it doesn't want to connect which has caused us to recreate shopping lists, then have to delete the dupes when it connects. The Smart Things app is not the greatest when it comes to being intuitive. The camera is interesting. The location of the camera means you can only really see a portion of the contents of the fridge. The other door actually obscures some of the view. The auto-identification of what is in the fridge is actually hilarious. I assumed it would use UPCs to identify, but it actually does an OCR to read labels. (The label needs to have the title facing toward the camera and unobstructed to work) It doesn't do a great job there, but not terrible. The funniest ones are when it tries to identify items that have no label - like produce. It apparently matches to stock images to identify, so we get things like celery identified as green onions. The fridge currently says I have applesauce, baby food, coke and bacon. None of which are actually in there. I assume the coke is referring to a bottle of Mt Dew, but the rest are a mystery to me. Other features like being able to pull up websites are great. We keep recipes on a family website, so it's helpful to just pull them up on the fridge. I also like being able to display artwork and photos, but I wish there was a little more capacity or the ability to remove stock ones that we don't want - maybe even a way to store images in a separate location that is accessible then pull them in as desired. All in all, I love the fridge. The Family Hub keeps me entertained, but may not be something others want to invest in if they were set on some of the wonky features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased less than a month ago and we're very happy with it. Lots of space. We like the 2 different types of ice feature. The smart screen is really neat with the ability to watch tv, listen to music, leave notes with pics or audio. The kids enjoy the paint feature. The ability to see inside the fridge is neat. The auto identify feature of items in the fridge is not very reliable but we don't use it either. The price was fair for the futuristic feeling appliance.

The purchase of the Samsung Bespoke 4door has been an utter nightmare. The Samsung Care+ warranty is totally worthless. I bought my Bespoke in spring 2023 - already failed. It is nearly impossible to contact Samsung refrigerator service, literally spent HOURS attempting to get someone who actually could create a service ticket. The service tech did not show up for 2 weeks. Once they did no repairs were performed or even attempted. They said yep another crappy samsung fridge has failed, said you will be repaired "someday" when the parts arrive. No date for parts arrival provided. Unbelievable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is rally spacious fridge considered it's a counter depth appliance. I wasn't sure I would get enough space but after having it for some time, I'm really happy with it and I've always had plenty of space. The greateast things about this fridge is all the unique features of a truly smart appliance. There is so much to do from it's big screen, from watching TV, listen to music, add personalized pictures, your calendar, passing from adding your shopping list and actually grocery shopping from there, to checking the interior from anywhere you are using your phone due to the integrated cameras. There are just so many features to list here and the best way I can describe it is having a tablet incorporated in your fridge. It's lovely! One other unique feature is the beverage center you find behind a hidden door that keeps the look of the fridge clean and modern while still giving you the classic fridge features but also incorporating a water pitch that let's you add your favorite flavors to your water. This hidden door also allows you to easily access your favorite drinks without having to open the big door letting scape cool air and saving you energy. One other feature that is new to me is the ice making mechanism that gives you two size cubes, your regular size and a smaller one that you can put into water bottles. Really convenient. Finally, there is the chance of changing the look of your fridge thanks to the interchangeable panels giving you the possibility of changing the color if you get tired of it, need to replace it due to a scratch, or just for the fun of it. Overall this is a great appliance, Samsung is always my go to brand and they did not disappoint. I love it!

Otherwise its just waste one if you dont use it. Smarthings integration is really helful. I can control my fridge from my phone.

Advanced/modern, sleek, tons of features, and it works great. Highly recommend.

I bought Samsung appliances due to the price for the refrigerator and dishwasher. Never again buying Samsung appliances, leave that to GE, Whirlpool, LG and others. The 1 and 2 star reviews are more right for this product. Under 2 year ownership and compressor goes out. Ice maker also stopped working at over a yr. Pitcher occasionally doesnt refill. If this is what you can afford, then please buy warranty. This fridge will be more expensive in the long run without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our Samsung Bespoke refrigerator! It's huge inside but still easy to find everything because it's so well lit. . I love the flex middle drawer that allows you to decide if you want extra refrigerator or freezer space. The small ice cube option is so unique and the cubes are the perfect size to put into water bottles. We are having so much fun adding family pictures to our screen saver and the built in Samsung tv is fun to watch! The easy clean, fingerprint surface makes cleaning a breeze. Dirt and smears disappear with a quick swipe of the sponge.

So easy to access those areas without having to open the whole fridge. Being able to switch out the panels if we need/want to is awesome as well! We can't wait to update the rest of our kitchen to better match this beautiful refrigerator.
