[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was so happy to see that on this model they had moved away from the direct cool technology that caused so many problems in the past, and instead opted to put the ice maker in the freezer. it prevents jamming issues and produces two sizes of ice that drop in their respective bins. i absolutely love it. perfect ice cubes every time! the autofill pitcher is awesome. i didn't realize how much i would appreciate having water infused with lemons and limes. the family hub is incredibly useful. the french heater has 3 cameras so you can see what's in the refrigerator on your phone. you can actually choose a recipe and it will send the ingredient list to your phone so you know what to grab at the store. this is by far the most innovative and exciting refrigerator i have ever seen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought about a month ago. Everything works great. There was an update a couple weeks ago and the microphone quit work on the family hub. Only options were to wait for the next update to fix it, or completely reset the hub. Outside of that, we love the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fabulous fridge and freezer. I loooooove the beverage center with the self filling jug and extra opening to get there. Ice cubes and chips trays are in the freezer section and I love how this works. When it comes to the smart features Samsung has to work a bit harder though. The fridge few has not correctly identified any of my products yet. I have not found any info to locate an app where I can scan my items before placing in the fridge to get alerts for items going out of date. I would really love to use my "smart" options there but it lacks either the features or instructions on how to use them.

We had been looking for several months and then a Black Friday sale for the Samsung fridge caught our eye. Since I am an engineer by trade, the technology part of this device was intriguing to me. We are very happy with the purchase, and the only drawback I see is that I need to shut the water off to our house when changing the water filter (moving the fridge is not an option).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a year ago and I am still happy with it. The only disappointment I have is the speaker is not loud enough when playing pandora music. But besides that, it is a great selections. I love the ice maker on the bottom that gives 2 choices for ice and makes the ice very quickly. The freezer has a lot of space and connecting the fridge to your phone is easy.

Got this one during black Friday sales along with washer and dryer. Since using lots of samsung products, the user interface is friendly and easy for me. Just waiting for my special color panels now. Everything can be set up by using my phone. Also can do so many things with it (checking what's inside, temperature, leaving messages on the screen, control my other samsung devices.....). Only thing want to say is why my Bixby of the refrigerator is in Brazilian? And there is option for me to change language.

We love it the touch screen is amazing when I'm in the kitchen cooking I can watch my Samsung plus TV and watch YouTube follow Recipes. Its really a great fridge if tour looking for 1 try this one. Another thing I like it will remind d me when my water filet is low amd when to buy another one, make your grocery list tells you when your freezer products are going bad. It's a great fridge can't say anything bad about it. Thank you Samsung for another great product..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 6 months ago. I love it! Plenty of room for my family use. The Beverage Center is fantastic! Includes a pitcher of cold water ready to go and a push lever to draw a single glass of cold water. Also plenty of ice in two sizes, never runs out. Center drawer for anything… sold drinks, lunch meat, etc… freezer is on the bottom, plenty of room! A lot of thought went into this design, and it really is worth it! Last thing is water filter… in lower center of the fridge for easy access for replacing. B

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is pretty cool. It's spacious on the inside. The flex zone can be changed for whatever you may put in it. I used it for drinks it kept them just enough to not freeze. The freezer has plenty of room. The ice machine stays filled consistently too. I like the pitcher on the inside of the door. The water there is always nice and cool. The water dispenser next to it is great as well. As for the family hub, I like the ability to leave notes for my family. The apps come in handy for meal prep as well. The camera is nice for viewing what's in the fridge at any point. I do wish it was better at determining what food is what. Sometimes it mislabels and I have to correct it. Overall though, this is a great refrigerator and 0 I'm happy with it.
