There's room to store the families favorite foods in this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. I can store food in all size containers, pots & pans on shelves in drawers and doors. It feels like there's a place for everything. My kids love the Flex drawer. It's as if they have their own spot in the fridge for drinks and snacks. The clean boxy shape translates to a lot of uninterrupted space inside without all the curves and odd areas that can limit placement. For clean lines and cleanliness I'm happy the water spout is hidden behind the easy access panel. You're less likely to have water and ice spills on the ground. I don't see any water spots or calcium build up on the outside or inside the door. There's a large capacity ice tray that allows you to see how much ice you have and easily access as much or as little of it. Who doesn't like a scoop of crushed ice in a refreshing drink? The HUB is an amazing tool for ordering groceries, listing ingredients or leaving notes for everyone to see. I can watch a cooking show on the fridge and follow the instructions. Party planning? Manage prep like a pro and play music at the same time. You can display artwork and or personalize it with your family photos. My guests tend to stop for a few minutes to look at the photos on the HUB. I can see what my other connected devices are doing such as the washer and dryer, multitasking like a pro! You can use the SmartThings app to see what's inside your fridge or to change the temperature in the different zones! Please improve the camera placement for better viewing angles. There should be better group control of other Samsung devices if you want them to display the same thing such as uploaded photos and Artwork either in sync or randomly pulled from the same bucket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] as a samsung enthusiast i can say that this fridge exceeded my expectations samsung nailed the design by placing both the water dispenser and ice maker inside, the flex zones drawers allow for storing frozen items or refrigerated items with ease. keeps fruits and vegetables fresher and last longer due to samsung's metal cooling. love that the refrigerator is wi-fi enabled allowing me to connect to it and change setting from my phone. i'm glad they finally came out with another newer family hub version. plenty of space and the features on the hub are user friendly. the family hub lets you see inside your refrigerator, manage your family's calendars, stream music, see who's at the front door and much more, all right from your fridge or phone

The space on this fridge is incredible and makes me wonder how it is possible since my previous fridge was the same size, 29 cu. ft. It has a ton of space to hold everything that was stuffed into our old fridge with a lot of space remaining. Currently we are using the flex space for my sons snacks, he is 7 so it's convenient and easy for him to access. I think the flex space is an awesome addition and it will definitely be used frequently. The water pitcher and dispenser is my second favorite feature; I love the convenient access and that is is located where it does not take up needed space in the interior of the fridge. My favorite feature is the screen, it has a ton of features that are easy to access and use. I had no issues connecting it to the internet and exploring it's features. The first day this was installed, my wife tried a vegan pasta recipe from the cookbook function and it was delicious. My kids requested it again the next day. Besides the cookbook, I think it is awesome that it also connects with my favorite music service, I no longer have to run my phone down while cooking. I was pleasantly surprised that it has a good volume level; the sound is clear and precise. This fridge also provides a great distraction for my 7 year old while we cook, he loves to draw on it and leave messages to his mom. Overall I think this is a great integration of technology into an appliance we use daily. It does so much to make life daily task easier such as grocery list, inside view, security (connects to my door camera), entertainment etc. I could go on all day about how much I love it and how it works seamlessly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've got to give credit where credit is due! Samsung came out with such a spacious refrigerator for my family of 5! The features are so amazing! Between being able to connect your device to the smart hub, watching live TV or other selections ranging from cooking shows to kid friendly shows, and the best part, being able to play music from your fridge! I love the interface of the screen and it works just like a tablet. Very easy to use and I don't have to worry much about fingerprints since I use a microfiber cloth to take away all residue. The fridge also delivers fresh cold water, including an automatic refill pitcher! Mind blowing to be honest! The only thing I wish it had a better setting for maybe I've overlooked it, is the ice doesn't make that much, that fast. But overall, it's a nice amount for immediate family. When you're entertaining, you'll have to go run out and get some ice. I also love the water that's hidden between the doors! My mom was blown away by that. We all hated when our past fridge would drop ice and water on the floor and this makes a cleaner area. I received so many compliments while I had guests over for my daughters graduation. They also want one as well! Awesome refrigerator by far!

First of all, I received it way faster than I expected; especially with all of the supply chain issues we have today. It looks great in my kitchen and just adds to my Samsung and Smartthings ecosystem. I have plenty of room for all of my refrigerated items, and I really like the beverage center. The auto-fill pitcher is so cool and refills quickly after I get a drink. I also appreciate how the freezer is laid out. I have a bunch of frozen meat, so the bottom drawer freezer works well for that. I am using the middle Flex drawer for thawing and short-term meat storage. The ice maker is perfect for entertaining. I like the fact that I have bins full of ice that are easy to get to. I have Smartthings setup on the fridge, so I can control home automation from it. I also like that I can monitor status from my phone or use the cameras to see what I need while I'm at the grocery store. I have my doorbell incorporated so I can see visitors on the Family Hub when they are at the door. I setup my calendar on the Family Hub so my kids can always see my schedule. This is the ideal "whiteboard" for family notes. This is a really nice fridge and it is now the centerpiece of my kitchen.

We are still working through figuring out where all of our standard grocery items got best, but overall we really love it. I did not think the water pitcher would even get used but with the hot summer we're having it is used *constantly* and refills itself so quickly. No more standing at the fridge holding the button. The dual ice maker is fantastic, though we're still getting the hang of the sliding lid and scoop. The freezer seems much deeper than the one on our old fridge. We really appreciate the flex drawer, being able to just open that section without having to open the large doors. I do wish there were more app option on the touch screen, but we have made regular use of the calendar, screen saver, Bixby for things like setting a timer, searching for recipes, and the shopping list (linked to everyone's phones!) along with playing with some of the other options. We have found that the glass collects fingerprints, but we have a microfiber cloth attached to the side with a magnet. The stainless steel on the bottom drawers does seem a little fragile, and I noticed the smallest dent after I pulled the remaining plastic on the day it was delivered. Overall we are very happy with our new, fancy smart fridge.

From the awesome Beverage Center to the Dual Ice Maker, to make it short if you're looking for fully loaded fridge that will not stand out in your kitchen but will definitely will be the center of attention (if it makes sense lol) of your kitchen this is it! Samsung nailed the design by placing both the Water dispenser and Ice maker inside, leaving just a plain panel outside that is now fully customizable to match your kitchen! Going into more detail about the Ice Maker, I just love the small ice cubes this fridge makes, now I can finally put those in my water bottles without making a mess! The water pitcher with an infuser in the Beverage Center is great! Throw in a couple lime slices, strawberries to give some flavor to the fridge water. Not going back to a fridge that has their dispensers outside or definitely that is NOT Samsung branded.
