So easy to access those areas without having to open the whole fridge. Being able to switch out the panels if we need/want to is awesome as well! We can't wait to update the rest of our kitchen to better match this beautiful refrigerator.

We were looking to replace our 5 year old Samsung Hub 4-door fridge and was looking at the Bespoke line as a replacement. Overall, very pleased with the fridge and it's new features! - PROS: Let's talk about the good stuff! 1) One of the best features of this fridge is putting the ice maker in the freezer where it belongs. It creates more space in the refrigerator section and it doesn't "freeze up" like our old one did and it makes plenty of ice. 2) The second is the beverage center which hides behind a panel giving the fridge a sleek modern look. Love the pitcher and it's auto-fill capability - never run out of water. We use the pitcher more than the water dispenser. 3) Love the extra space in the fridge section and the collapsible shelf when we need to store larger items. 4) Let's talk about the sleek design outside - it blends in well in the kitchen. Love the glass panels. 5) What's the "hub" bub about? - The Hub is nothing new to us as we had it in our previous model but it is an information center for the family. From displaying photos, to appointments, to recipes, music, or home automation. Like that Alexa is built in but wish Google assistant was as well. Finally Google Nest products can be added and we can now view our security cams. 6) Like the dual layout of the freezer compartment which allows for storing lots of food. However, do miss the ability to organize more from our 4-door flex model. - CONS: Okay, let's take a look at some improvements that would make this fridge amazing! 1) Not enough lighting in the fridge or freezer compartments. The 4-door flex models have extra lights on the sides so it tends be a bit dark. 2) The middle flex drawer is only capable of soft freeze but should have full freeze capabilities so not truly flexible like the 4-door flex models. 3) The beverage center needs some sort of slide-able door to prevent cold air from escaping from fridge especially when you are using the water dispenser. - Samsung has definitely taken the fridge design a step further with the new features. Love the bespoke line of products that you can customize. We are looking to replace our remaining non-Samsung appliances to Bespoke versions in the near future!

I'm so surprised by the absence of features this refrigerator has and ill mention the ones that are by far the best IMHO but by no means is that all the smart fridge can do so buckle up! firstly the design is sleek and modern with soft edges and a gentle look so as to not be to intimidating as to it's features until you walk upto the sensor and the screen welcomes you with a robust array of options galore! what would you like to do? find a good recipe and watch it being made on this amazing screen of endless possibilities or stream Spotify by telling Bixby while your hands are full. Things you didn't seem a necessity bece just that! How about a great way to make kids involved by playing a YouTube video of their favorite characters songs while making their favorite snack? The Samsung smart refrigerator has ample space that's deep and wide so a big family of 6 like ours has room to spare. options of what to make the middle drawer we chose more freezer space so it's really up to you how to keep your perishables or non in their safely stored with the best in cooling technology we love our water dispenser with two options a jug filler or dispenser that both have equal usage in our household! love that the smart app shows from the grocery store if I have enough milk left for the next day it's just an awesome smart device that our family enjoys and wouldn't do without.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the Bespoke fridge as I loved the idea that I could customize the panels to fit our style. I picked up the family hub version with black glass on the top and black stainless steel on the bottom. The fridge looks great in our kitchen. I have now ordered the blue stainless steel to replace the bottom panels. The fridge has plenty of space and looks great. There is enough adjustments in the shelves to work for us and all the strange size packages/drinks. The beverage center with autofill pitcher is great. Being in the desert, I drink a lot of water. The pitcher in the beverage center always ensures that I have access to chilled water. It is also nice to quick access without opening the entire door. The dual icemaker in the freezer has been great. I prefer this to the in the door versions that chip ice. Just pull the drawer out, grab the scoop, select with ice you want, and dump it in your drink. It is faster and cleaner than the in-door versions. We have yet to ever run low on ice. The freezer space is plenty big, even with the ice trays. The flex drawer allows for additional soft freeze space if needed, although we are using as a fridge for our more frequent items (snacks and breakfast foods). The family hub is great. We use it to watch TV while cooking, check who is at the door with the camera, and check all the other SmartThings devices in the house. We also have a shared calendar setup so we can see what is on tap for the week. So far, I'm loving this fridge. It looks great, provides plenty of space, and is functional. Now time to switch out the panels to a different color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge, the storage, the dual ice size. The flex zone is amazing. The tablet is just the icing on the cake. Music, movies, photo frame. And the ability to see inside by using the cameras. interior LED lighting is super bright. The door alarm through the smart things app is awesome. The front glass is great except for the fingerprints, but that comes with it being glass.

From the awesome Beverage Center to the Dual Ice Maker, to make it short if you're looking for fully loaded fridge that will not stand out in your kitchen but will definitely will be the center of attention (if it makes sense lol) of your kitchen this is it! Samsung nailed the design by placing both the Water dispenser and Ice maker inside, leaving just a plain panel outside that is now fully customizable to match your kitchen! Going into more detail about the Ice Maker, I just love the small ice cubes this fridge makes, now I can finally put those in my water bottles without making a mess! The water pitcher with an infuser in the Beverage Center is great! Throw in a couple lime slices, strawberries to give some flavor to the fridge water. The Flex Zones drawers allow for storing frozen items or refrigerated items with ease. Keeps fruits and vegetables fresher and last longer due to Samsung's Metal Cooling. Love that the refrigerator is Wi-Fi enabled allowing me to connect to it and change setting from my phone. I'm glad they finally came out with another newer family hub version. Plenty of space and the features on the hub are user friendly. The Family Hub lets you see inside your refrigerator, manage your family's calendars, stream music, see who's at the front door and much more, all right from your fridge or phone. I use Use the Samsung SmartThings App* on your smartphone to control the temperature of your refrigerator and monitor it remotely. Love this fridge. Nothing to complain about so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge came in about 3 weeks ago and we love it so far. Our favorite feature has to be the beverage center with the auto fill pitcher. It is so much easier and faster than the water dispenser. The ice maker is great with the smaller type and bigger style ice. There is plenty of space in the fridge for all your food. Layout it very well thought out and quality of plastic shelving is great. We got black and we love the look that it brings to the kitchen. Everyone that's seen it, are super impressed by the beverage center and modern look of the fridge. The smart hub is okay. A little slow responding and we don't use it as much um we thought but it's still a cool feature.

It's big - plenty of room for everything. Love the flex drawer for drinks. Had a few issues with the Family Hub screen for the first day or so - but it seems to have sorted itself out. Crossing fingers it will continue to Function as intented!
