I LOVE the beverage center, and the middle drawer for deli meats and cans of soda. I like the fact that if one of my kids doesn’t close the doors all the way I get a notification on my phone! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator for a few months now, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade to our kitchen. The stainless steel finish looks sleek and modern, and the customizable door panels are a nice touch if you want to personalize your space. The Beverage Center™ is a standout feature—having both the internal water dispenser and the AutoFill pitcher is incredibly convenient, especially for a busy household. The Dual Ice Maker with Ice Bites™ is also a hit, especially during summer entertaining. Storage is generous and flexible. The FlexZone™ drawer with adjustable temperature settings is great for snacks, drinks, or even deli items. Everything feels well thought out and easy to organize. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Smart features, while cool, can be a bit finicky. The app integration isn’t always seamless, and there’s a slight learning curve to getting everything set up just right. Also, it’s a large appliance—make sure to measure carefully before delivery. Overall, it’s a high-end fridge that delivers on style, space, and innovation. Just a few tweaks to the tech side and it would be flawless.

It makes 2 size cubes. It also has a water pitcher that is always full and dispenses cold water. There is more room in the fridge since the icemaker is in the freezer

The space is amazing - it has room for everything and shelves that slide to create more space when needed. We love the drawer; we are currently using this as a beverage hold-all. Love the freezer drawer as well and the technology that lets me know if a door is left open and when the filter needs to be changed.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! I love the interior space. It has plenty of shelving and the shelf that slides back for bigger bottles is so convenient. The water filter between the drawers is such a smart idea. It doesn't take up shelf space. My drinks are nice and cold and the refillable pitcher is awesome and the water is always cold. The door inside a door stops a lot of wasted energy getting a can of pop. The center drawer is perfect for meats, cheese, or extra drinks. I like the 2 different types of ice and there's plenty of room in the freezer! I like the no fingerprint front. It's easy to program. Its perfect. It's so quiet, I don't even hear it running. Best fridge I have ever had. They delivered it in 3 days, set it up and those guys were super friendly. Definitely would buy samsung products from now on. This has everything I wanted and the price was perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product and having own Samsungs for quite a while it is indefinite improvement over the last one in terms of how the ice Maker Works and I like the water availability and the water container. Even though this is a counter-depth model which makes it a little bit shorter the way the shelves are laid out it still holds pretty much all of our food. We are sold having the deli door in the middle and would not own any other refrigerator without it.

It has so many great features and so much room! My only complaint is the freezer and not having enough room in there but thats really probably a me thing. Overall I really love it so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful large capacity frig. It looks great on the outside and has great looking features, but she is very delicate. I had to call customer service a few times because the doors would not close properly and there was ice in the freezer. The user has to be cognizant to close the doors tightly and gently, otherwise the alarm goes off. If the user is having a party with margaritas, the ice maker cannot keep up making enough ice. Other than that, its a big beautiful fridge.

After 5 months, the ice maker stopped working. The technician diagnosed over the telephone and came out to replace something in the "sealed system". We were informed that the coolant seal inside the door where the copper connects to steal goes bad, causing a leak inside the walls of the refrigerator. 24 hours after the "repair", it completely stopped working. We have been without a working refrigerator for more than a week because each hoop Samsung makes you jump through takes days. This website suggests that reviewers avoid discussing service, but I believe that is an important factor in product reviews and consumer information. A buyer should know not just will it break, but how will the manufacturer stand by its product (or not) if it does break. I have heard bad things about Samsung's quality, which initially scared me away from this refrigerator. Several good reviews led me to try it. I am hoping this offsets some of those for the next shopper and saves them a lot of trouble.
