Setup Elias easy and the two types of ice is a real plus. Took me a bit to figure out how to reset the filter after I changed it, but that was a very minor issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE IT!!! I have waited many years for a new frig and when I found this one I fell in love. The absolute best thing about it is the Beverage Center. The self-filling pitcher is amazing! I could actually do without the glass filler and just have the pitcher. It makes great ice, two kinds, and has been working like a dream for the past 4 months. I have the all-white glass, and everyone comments on it and loves it. It is a bit larger than my last frig but with the white reflective glass it looks smaller and makes the kitchen brighter. Highly recommend!!!

I never thought I would like the water pitcher but it has become my favorite feature. The two different ice cube sizes are convenient. Time will tell but I love my Samsung fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my refrigerator. However, I don’t think the beverage cemeteries was given great thought. The side indentation does not allow you to store 16.9 oz bottles comfortable, or beer bottles, shelving does not have much height flexibility. I’ve purchased additional storage bins to maintain organization. I am enjoying ice making machine, water taste pretty good. I don’t buy bottle water as often.

Love the clean aesthetic as we are treating it as a built in. One bummer is the way the doors are hinged, you cant install this flush with a wall or cabinets as the main doors need a few inches of clearance to open.

Gorgeous fridge but again...Samsung has issues with ice maker. Frost build up over time. First the small cubes stop producing and now the larger cubes. 6 months in, this should NOT be happening. I can see some frost build up at the unit and suspect that is the problem. Access is near impossible. The entire ice system is garbage. I got rid of my last side by side Samsung for same reason.

Things I wish I could change- the inside of the fridge just seems short, we have to place a lot of items on their sides in order to fit. I also wish there was a glass bottle option for the water pitcher. Otherwise I love this fridge and system.

18 months after purchasing this refrigerator the ice maker stopped working. I had purchased the extended warranty so a repair tech was sent to repair the issue. He was able to fix the problem but indicated that with this refrigerator model, the ice maker would continue to break. Sure enough 18 months after the first repair, the ice maker broke again. We still have a couple of years left on the warranty, so we may be able to get one more repair in before the extended warranty expires. We will not purchase another Samsung refrigerator.

This is the best looking and most functional fridge I've ever owned! I love everything about it and it uses its space very well. Tired of wasted space in your fridge from the ice maker? Don't look any further! The beverage center is amazing (and surprisingly doesn't take up much space) and I use it every day. It is perfect for pouring water into my coffee machine or measuring out water for cooking. The amount of space you save from the flex door (where I put all canned drinks) and even the small space under the bottom shelf for small items, this fridge has it all! The ice machine produces two types of ice and comes with a handy scooper. The first time you use the ice machine, it will take several days to a week for the ice to fill up (be patient!). I've never had to wait for ice since. The glass front is very visually pleasing and forces you to never deface your fridge with another magnet. (If you love displaying your magnets, get a magnet board or look for another fridge). I'm coming up on a year of owning and have not had one single problem with it. Don't hesitate, buy it now and mix/match colors to match your home decor/vibe. You won't regret it!
