[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first purchase of Samsung refrigerator was 4 years ago and I loved it but I sold my house and moved into a new home They did not have a Samsung refrigerator I am remodeling my ktchen and purchased a new samsung refrigerator I LOVE IT it has plenty of space in the refrigerator and freezer and lots of features I will always pirchase Samsung refrigerators

I never thought I would like the water pitcher but it has become my favorite feature. The two different ice cube sizes are convenient. Time will tell but I love my Samsung fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery was professional and installation as well. The right door came with a “click noise” after at month someone came to fix it. Technician was amazing. The reason why it took a month someone to come and fix it is because Samsung wouldn’t send someone after 4pm to the connivence of the customer due to work. After business hours should be included.

I don't typically leave reviews for anything but this fridge is worth the few minutes. There is ample space in the fridge for all kinds of stuff (insert Will Ferrell meme). Also, the freezer is large enough for all of the meats that we buy as well as the occasional half gallon or two of ice cream. The ice maker tray also has room for other items on the side. But the main winner here is that Flex Drawer. That thing is awesome!

There is one issue though, the doors are kinda hard to close, if you don't close them hard enough they won't close. I've had a couple instances where it's not all the way closed. I love the interchangeable faces, the design and it works great.

I've had two other refrigerators with water and ice dispensers on the outside of the door...the ice maker always froze up...when it was time for a new fridge, I decided NO more outside dispensers and thought I would be giving up the convince of a beverage center...this fridge has it all.

We purchased this refrigerator and it was beautiful. Too bad it would not perform as well as it looked. We had the luxury of letting this refrigerator cool down to 37 and 0 degrees as Samsung suggested before placing our food inside. After both refrigerator settings indicated 37 and 0, we loaded up our food. My husband decided to place a thermometer in the freezer and one in refrigerator section that evening to check on the accuracy of the appliance thermometer as the fridge felt cold enough. He checked it throughout the evening and it was 25-30 degrees above the set temperature of the fridge. When we woke up the next morning, the meat was thawing in the freezer section and fridge section was lukewarm. My husband again checked the temperature in both sections using an IR thermometer and his thermometers already in the unit and they were both indicating 30-40 degrees higher than the set point of the refrigerator. The unit never made ice either since the manual states the freezer must reach a temperature of at least 10 degrees to start making ice. We had it plugged in over 24 hours by now so we headed back to the store to exchange for another brand. When we read other reviews, others spoke of similar problems so it’s not like we were the only buyers having this issue. Samsung has a great looking product if only they could manufacture a product that would function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] really like my new fridge and the beverage center. i don't have to open both french doors to get to the middle drawer which is a big plus. the auto fill pitcher is a time saver and nice when entertaining so i don't have to stand and fill multiple glasses of water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in December, and after a month’s use I can say this is a decent refrigerator. The only drawback is the French door doesn’t close upon slow push after open, instead, you need to press-it-in.

I like the flexibility it provides to me and my family. And that if I wanted in the future I could change its color or add a screen. over all I recommend it to any one who likes a modern look with tone of space.
