I now have so many features such as virtual control and a drawer that can function on different temperature levels. The French doors make the refrigerator so much more accessible.

I keep the middle drawer solely for myself with my favorite drinks, wines and snacks. The glass front and with the colors that I chose make it look so classy!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a month ago. Going from a standard fridge to french doors has been a weird transition and I'm not sure if I would do it again. I really like the beverage center and the flex drawer. I don't like how the upper basket in the freezer comes along for the ride when you open the freezer door. I would rather just get the main basket and reach for the upper one when needed.

1 Star – Looks Great in Photos, But Total Regret This fridge is all show and no substance. It looks sleek, but in reality, it’s a constant headache wrapped in fingerprint-prone stainless steel. In under 2 years, I’ve had to submit three separate service requests: Two for water leaking inside the fridge And now it trips every GFCI outlet in my kitchen — making it completely useless where it’s meant to be installed. My home is brand new (built in 2021), and I even had a licensed electrician replace the outlet and confirm everything is wired perfectly. Samsung support kept trying to blame my house instead of addressing what is clearly a defect in the fridge. It took way too much effort just to get a warranty repair scheduled. On top of all that? The stainless steel finish collects fingerprints like crazy, and the interior feels cheap and flimsy — nothing like what you'd expect for this price point. The shelves and drawers feel more budget than premium. If you’re shopping based on aesthetics and smart features, don’t fall for it. This fridge has been one of the most frustrating appliance purchases I’ve ever made. Spend your money on something built to last — this isn’t it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best refrigerator we have ever owned. Finally, the icemaker is in the bottom freezer. The icemaker is great with two sizes of ice. You always have plenty of ice. The water pitcher is a great tool. You don't have to wait for a glass of water,the pitcher fills you glass so much faster. There's still the option though, to fill from the other spot. So much room for everything now too with this design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is great-no complaints. We purchased this fridge about 3 months ago and like how it looks but especially like how it functions. The small vegetable middle door keeps vegetables fresher longer and I put a green panel for contrast. The beverage center is large enough for milk and wine. The ice choices are nice. I have had much higher priced refrigerators that did not work as well and were not as well designed as this Samsung. I would not hesitate in recommending this fridge.

I hate this refridgerator. I have been a proud supporter of all samsung products for years. The one I replaced was a samsung and I want it back. It may look nice in my kitchen, but it is probably the worst interior shelf and door space I have ever had. Nothing fits. If I put a gallon of milk in the door shelf I can barely get a bottle or box of juice next to it because of the amt of space above it. I can't even fit a large bottle of ketchup in any of the other door shelves because of the height restrictions due to the spacing of the other shelves. The options for the Interior shelves are just as bad. The top shelf Is just one badly spaced useless peice of glass. I can't even put a jar of pasta sauce on it, it's too tall. Then there's the drawers at the bottom for the veggies and fruit. They don't even look like they fit properly. And, yes they are in the. Correct slots and grooves. They both slant and bow towards the middle making it look like they have a broken support somewhere. That brings me to the shelf they create. It is so small you may be able to fit your yogurt cups and thinhs of this height. I don't know what design team came up with this, but it sucks. They really should have thought out the things a normal family would buy and ensure that they fit. I just can't beleive I'm stuck with this for years to come. This is a big refridgerator with a small amount of space and no thought of storing things a normal family uses on a daily basis. I ought this to replace another samsung that constantly froze everything in the bottom of the fridge and I'd rather have that one back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before the Samsung bespoke 4 door refrigerator I had a Frigidaire side by side professional series. This unit is far superior. Somehow it has much more room and runs much better. The layout is excellent and I really like this refrigerator. I also like the beverage center it is very useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and had it delivered. They dropped it off on my walkway. No fault of Samsung of course. The unit is adequate for my needs. I’m not a fan of the ice maker. It has a large tray but doesn’t produce a lot of ice for the space it takes up. Other than that, it has been great.
