[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about one month ago. It works well but the interface for changing the middle drawer and temp is not easy to use. It appeared easy but it is not, I recommend trying this feature before buying.

I really love the ice maker being in the freezer and not in the fridge like my older Samsung Fridge plus two different size ice cubes. Great colors for the doors also. Really pleased with it and would highly recommend it too anyone.

I wouldn't buy SAMSUNG anything after my experience with a smart hub refrigerator I own. Nothing but problems. 3 Ice makers / 2 Temp Sensors - JUNK I only item I'll by with a Samsung name on it is a Cell Phone. The products they make are garbage, the service is even worse. Never again! Built a second residence near Hilton Head SC, BOSCH 800 series everything and a WOLF Stove. EAT IT SAMSUNG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I were in the market for a new refrigerator and looked at Samsung for the neat features it has. I personally love the beverage center. I keep water bottles, mineral waters, energy drinks, and protein shakes there. Plus the water dispenser and auto-refill water pitcher is top notch. My wife likes the flex drawer - we currently use it for snacks for our toddler and deli treats. We have so far been so impressed and have loved out new refrigerator. It even texts you if you leave the door open! It's really the refrigerator of the future.

18 months after purchasing this refrigerator the ice maker stopped working. I had purchased the extended warranty so a repair tech was sent to repair the issue. He was able to fix the problem but indicated that with this refrigerator model, the ice maker would continue to break. Sure enough 18 months after the first repair, the ice maker broke again. We still have a couple of years left on the warranty, so we may be able to get one more repair in before the extended warranty expires. We will not purchase another Samsung refrigerator.

We'll lit. Plenty of storage.i really like the ability to go on the app and change temperatures and check on the ice situations. Overall so far I'm happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this out of necessity as our old fridge was going to drive us nuts with repairs, but I am so glad I did. I was going to downgrade to a different model, but I kept coming back. It is superb with the divided fridge doors to keep the unit cold, and the drawers for the snack items is genious. I am loving the beverage center ans the two sizes of ice cubes. I will be enjoying this for many years to come.

We love the glass front, the two different sizes of ice cubes, the auto-fill pitcher. We also love being able to get status on our refrigerator and the rest of our Samsung appliances on our phones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 2 months ago it’s very large in diameter and very small in the inside we could have made a better choice the quality is good so far the exterior panels were incorrect when it arrived but they said that’s what was ordered and we would have to pay extra for the correct color for now it will do but lesson learned.
