[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this Fridge for almost a month now and WOW...it has exceeded all our expectations. We LOVE the Beverage Center which is both convenient and efficient! The dual ice maker is GREAT and keeps us in 2 different size/shapes of ice 24/7. The interior is so well planned allowing LOTS of room and customization. The exterior (Stainless Steel) is so beautiful and resists fingerprints. It is quiet, efficient, and I can monitor and make adjustments on my phone since it is wifi capable. It hooked up to my SmartThings app in seconds. If this thing holds up as well as we think it will, we are going to enjoy it for many, many years. We highly recommend this unit.

We have had three Samsung refrigerators over time and this one is by far the best. The beverage center is conveniently placed and the separate water pitcher is very handy to take and fill up the coffee maker or dog bowls. We also are happy with the ice maker being in the freezer and making two types of ice. The icemaker keeps the buckets well stocked also. Overall very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed at this point with the Samsung Bespoke fridge. We purchased a used unit from a local shop, it was not working properly, would not hold a constant temperature. Returned it and got a brand new unit. So far, it’s the very same thing. The fridge is set at 34 and the constant temp is anywhere from 38 to 45 degrees. I’ve tried various thermometers and even have a dial one in a cup of water to try and mimic food temps, but it’s the same thing. The fridge looks good and we like some of the features, but we may have to return this one as well if the temp issues doesn’t straighten out: I’ve found other reviews that indicate the same problem. At this point, I can’t recommend with good conscience for anyone to purchase a Bespoke fridge. Very disappointed given the price you pay for the unit.

Gorgeous fridge but again...Samsung has issues with ice maker. Frost build up over time. First the small cubes stop producing and now the larger cubes. 6 months in, this should NOT be happening. I can see some frost build up at the unit and suspect that is the problem. Access is near impossible. The entire ice system is garbage. I got rid of my last side by side Samsung for same reason.
