The freezer is rather small comparing to my previous side by side so keep this in mind. If you buy many frozen items, it maybe small. I like that I have this set up wirh my phone and it alerts me when door is open and I can adjust temperature from my phone. Color is absolutely beautiful and cleans easily. I was tired of all the same stainless steel styles. The water pitcher is one amazing bonus.

I love MOST things about this fridge and am generally happy with this purchase. It’s spacious, shelves and drawers are practical and the beverage center is a great feature. I really like the ice maker as well. My only but major gripe with this is how delicate the stainless steel is on the doors. I purchased it about 7 months ago and it has more scratches and dents than my previous 10 year old stainless steel Samsung. Super disappointed about that considering it’s so new and a splurge for us.

The beverage center with both the pitcher and the single water center works great. The two size ice cubes are great too. Plenty of space. Would have gave it a 5 except for the difficulty in ordering the panels. After 2 weeks, customer service, still has not been able to get the order right.

The flexible shelving and adjustable bins make organization simple, and the FlexZone drawer is super handy for deli items, drinks, or even snacks for our pup, Zoe.

It was a bit more expensive, but much more functional than standard refrigerators. Granted the colored glass doors grabbed my attention,but it offers so much more than beauty. It's wider, the shelving is thought out and placed according to sizes of your containers. The water filter and auto-fill pitcher make drinking your water quota for the day a pleasure. Many of my friends also comment on how deep and roomy the freezer compartment is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this refrigerator just over a month and we are very pleased. The flex drawer is wonderful for keeping meats and cheese fresh for longer. We also enjoy the clean look and the door within a door. The automatically filling cold water pitcher is great. Plenty of ice and room in the freezer. Really quiet.

I wish I had never bought this fridge. The temperature in the fridge compartment has been inaccurate from the start. It runs at least 5 degrees warmer than it should be, but sometimes 10+ degrees warmer. I have bought multiple fridge thermometers and a temperature gun -- they all show that the fridge runs warm. The temperature also fluctuates for no apparent reason. I had a repairman here recently. He said the sensor was giving an error message, so he replaced it. The fridge still does not work right. This morning I woke up and although the fridge was set at 34, and had not been opened for 12+ hours, the temperature inside was 45 degrees. I subsequently removed certain food items and placed a food thermometer in them, which confirmed that the food was outside the safe temperature range. I don't feel safe keeping my food in the fridge. I will now have to replace this appliance at great personal cost. I am so angry about this whole experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this fridge for about 2 weeks, so I'm still learning about it. That being said, there are some things that I really like, and some things that I wish were more like my old Samsung 297 model. Mostly, at this point, I'm concerned about the dimensions of the shelving and drawers. So far it has been difficult for me to come up with a "set-up" that is logical. For example, keeping similar items near each other. Unbelievably, given the size of this unit, I am running out of space when I try to organize as I would like. Of course, this might change as I have time to play around with the arrangement. A positive is that it looks fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old fridge finally gave out so we went looking and settled on this bespoke French door model. We have never been so excited about a major appliance!! We have so much more room than our old side by side and the beverage station is everyone’s favorite with all of our drinks in one spot and an easy to reach shelf for my granddaughter! Also love the flex middle drawer which keeps all of our cheeses and lunch meats within easy reach and viewing. We look forward to getting extra panels so that we can change the colors on this too. Just can’t recommend this fridge enough!!
