Really enjoying the roomy interior, plenty of ice, always full cold water pitcher, and easy upkeep stainless exterior. It has been a great addition to my all-stainless kitchen.

I love the look, but I don't care for having to hold the refrigerator open while I get water, it just doesn't feel very energy efficient, even worse the freezer having to stay open to get ice. It is very spacious & adds to the appearance of my kitchen.

It is large enough for our needs and the dual ice feature is a family favorite. The hidden beverage center is an improvement upon previous Samsung models. My only complaint is even though I’m following the guidelines in the manual, there’s still some condensation icing occurring in the freezer.

Thankfully we got the extended warranty, and we got credit to buy a new one. We like this device so much that we decided to get the same model and give Samsung a second chance. Just in case we got the extended warranty again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the frig has been great. Love the refilling water pitcher, it has turned out to be very functional. One issue is how slow the ice is produced. Only one person uses ice in this household and it can barely keep up. Have had the frig for a few months now and the ice storage has yet to be full, even after gone out of town for a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is so much room in it. I LOVE the water dispenser/pitcher, and the two different types of ice. I also love that the ice is in a covered box, so nothing gets in the ice. The deli drawer is super helpful in keeping my meats and cheeses fresh.

The beverage center is amazing and when we are entertaining I add drinks to the flex drawer to keep from opening the doors. I like that it also alerts me when the doors are open too long and I can lock the controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about a month ago and so far working great. We had a prior Samsung French Door with the ice making machine in the fridge compartment. Nothing but problems with that fridge. So far the Bespoke with ice maker in the freezer is working much better.
