For some reason, the TV likes to reset itself every so often while I’m using it which is really annoying, especially if I’m playing a game and it just randomly turns off on me then I have to wait about 50 seconds for it to turn back on and at first I didn’t mind but now it has become more noticeable and annoying when it happens TV overall is good other than this weird quirk of the TV. I’m not sure why it does it, but I am actually looking into getting another one.

You have to have a sound bar to enjoy it. The sound quality and options are lacking. Sometimes the tv will turn on by itself. The apps and channels don’t always work. Everything else on my wifi works fine but this tv that I’ve only had a almost 2 months. Very dissatisfied and upset at myself for not buying the protection plan.

These do no work outside of America. We brought our to our beach house in the Caribbean and when we arrived and tried to set up it said home screen not available in your region. It was also very challenging to set up, we had to use a vpn to let it think we were in the US and then use the app to get directly to channels because the home screen just showed an error message

The remote is way to small. Very hard to adjust the volume. Buttons are to small also, always pushing the wrong button. The sound can not be turned to be be able to hear it distorts so bad that it sounds like the speakers are blown. Im 69 years old and this is a very bad example of this TV brand. Was a big mistake , Im going to try and take it back.

After a couple months, this thing is restarting randomly. Doesn’t happen everyday, but at least a couple times a week. This is my first Vizio TV, and the user interface is by far the worst I’ve tried. I guess I got lucky with other lower budget TV’s in the past.

Very very nice picture quality. Horrible speakers. When I say horrible I mean horrible. Value for money though is there. $100 for a 55 with 4k is great. UI is your generic fire stick / Roku. But Vizio version. If you can grab this for cheap I would say do it. Especially if you have speakers for a soundbar. The Bluetooth makes it easy to connect.

This is a very nice budget 4k TV. I have no concerns or complaints. I wanted something affordable to put into a garage - rec room. This should work perfectly for that use. Not as many features and high end functions as other TV’s, but it is clearly a budget TV. Frankly, for its price range, I think it does have some good features and picture quality. I also purchased it via Black Friday pricing in 2025, so I got an incredible deal - just under $130. Given the price I paid, I think it’s an exceptional value purchase for my usage. All of that said, I would not hesitate putting this in a bedroom, family room, etc… I would put it up against any budget 4k TV and most mid range 4k TVs. The picture quality is that good, especially given the price. Simply don’t expect it to compete for features and picture quality with high end 4k TV’s.

Home screen cant be changed. All writing is very small and hard to read. Hard to find what you're looking for in the Menus, and its very hard to access live TV. Remote control is disappointing. If you have a lot of streaming services and thats all you want to watch, you might be happy with this Vizio TV. Coming from a Roku user, this is not for me.

My issue with this TV is that it doesn't allow you to install every app so for example you can not download/install Zeus app because it not compatible with this television and that should be mentioned in the description app wise, that it doesn't pick up all apps. You have to stream Zeus from your phone someway etc, that's extra work burt yeah that's my issue with this TV and I'm actually looking for another TV to replace this one.

I bought it discounted on Black Friday and its great for that price. It doesn't have the best sound or picture, but size for the price made it great value. I cannot recommend buying it at full price, on sale it might worth a look. Also wouldn't recommend it for a primary TV.
