My Vizio 50 inch television is everything. I love Vizio electronics. They are very pleasing. The picture is beautiful. I've been with Vizio for now over 20 years and I think you Walmart for the black sale. I purchased this 50 inch for $128. The tv in my living room was starting to go bad (had one of those green lines at the bottom of the screen), so I was looking to replace it. I have another Vizio in my bedroom and I like it. This one was a fantastic price (under $200) and had all the ports I wanted/needed. The thing I liked the most was that it came with a full remote (with numbers), not the voice remote that most other tvs come with these days. I think it was supposed to have an additional 3-yr warranty that came with it, but I haven't received any information on that. The picture quality is good, but the sound levels are strange.

The sound on the tv is horrible. I literally have to turn up the volume to 60 to hear conversations but then if music comes on, the sound is too loud and I have to hurry to turn down. I had to update the tv a couple days ago and now the tv has a mind of its own. It keeps turning off, only certain apps are now working and sometimes it lets me hook up my Playstation to it but other times it doesn't. I haven't even had this TV a year and I wish I never bought it.

Would not connect to my Starlink wifi tried for 36 hours. Finally updated to what i dont know because now it will not power on. Returned with a hugh headache will not ourchadw Vizio again!

I believe I got a bad one! At times it has sound and only a blue screen. Sometimes it won’t connect to internet but if I unplug it and then plug it back in it works. Very slow when loading apps. I’m going to return it and exchange for another hoping the one I got is just bad

I received a damaged television. The return process online only allows for mailed return of products. It doesn’t mention that you can return the product in store for replacement. You are only offered the mail return. After calling and being hung up on 3 times by the reps and once by a supervisor I was completely frustrated. I finally spoke with another supervisor who informed the item must be returned via mail and Sam’s will have a a company pick the television up and provide a refund. The box the television came in had been punctured by a fork lift and should never have been shipped out because there is a chance the product is damaged. It is clear the order pickers are not customer service minded. This is sad and I will go to the store to get whatever I want instead of ordering the convenient way - online.

Every time i wpuld 0lay using my PS5 the tv would automatically shut off every 30ish minutes. it was so annoying cuz when you are in the middle of playing your tv shuts off 😒 i tried to troubleshoot and adjust the settings. updated uet still keep shutting off. so i returned the TV

For some reason, the TV likes to reset itself every so often while I’m using it which is really annoying, especially if I’m playing a game and it just randomly turns off on me then I have to wait about 50 seconds for it to turn back on and at first I didn’t mind but now it has become more noticeable and annoying when it happens TV overall is good other than this weird quirk of the TV. I’m not sure why it does it, but I am actually looking into getting another one.

This isv the WORST TV I have ever purchased! it's in my living room and it buffers and glitches 24/7 as seen in the photos, then says channel is unavailable, then the movie or tv show pops back on only to repeat the cycle in another 30-45 minutes! I thought my Internet was the problem, but it's not....my other two TVs are on the same Internet NEVER do this... ever! I should've taken it back when I first started having issues setting it up but I thought it was me and decided to give it a chance I missed the deadline to take it back by three days 🫤 We can't watch a program all the way through without the buffering and glitching, it's so annoying!!! now that's just been my experience with this TV but I will NEVER!!!! buy this brand of TV again, EVER! in life ...... we're so disappointed and annoyed! We purchased the TV in November 2025, it's been the worst purchase I'VE ever made.
