Vizio TV

The tv in my living room was starting to go bad (had one of those green lines at the bottom of the screen), so I was looking to replace it. I have another Vizio in my bedroom and I like it. This one was a fantastic price (under $200) and had all the ports I wanted/needed. The thing I liked the most was that it came with a full remote (with numbers), not the voice remote that most other tvs come with these days. I think it was supposed to have an additional 3-yr warranty that came with it, but I haven't received any information on that. The picture quality is good, but the sound levels are strange.

Great for the price point

For the price, this is a great TV. However, if you want a good sound quality without using a sound bar, this may not be for you and there is a slight delay from the remote. Overall, I am pleased with this TV as I bought two for my guest rooms. However, I am disappointed that I received a used product without being told it was used. The TV was not wrapped in plastic, the batteries were already in the remote, and the screws to attach the legs were in a Ziploc storage bag.

I bought during last years early fri sales . Looks good remote is tiny smaller than roku, half the size of roku buttons. Volume is terrible ,I have to turn it up to 50 to hear it and not well. Might be just this unit? My tv I replaced I could hear well at 17.

I believe I got a bad one! At times it has sound and only a blue screen. Sometimes it won’t connect to internet but if I unplug it and then plug it back in it works. Very slow when loading apps. I’m going to return it and exchange for another hoping the one I got is just bad

Horrible Customer Service! NOT impressed at all.

I received a damaged television. The return process online only allows for mailed return of products. It doesn’t mention that you can return the product in store for replacement. You are only offered the mail return. After calling and being hung up on 3 times by the reps and once by a supervisor I was completely frustrated. I finally spoke with another supervisor who informed the item must be returned via mail and Sam’s will have a a company pick the television up and provide a refund. The box the television came in had been punctured by a fork lift and should never have been shipped out because there is a chance the product is damaged. It is clear the order pickers are not customer service minded. This is sad and I will go to the store to get whatever I want instead of ordering the convenient way - online.

Not worth the time.

I ordered it online and had it shipped. It took over an hour to set up because it kept looking for updates. After less than a day the TV kept on going blank and buffering constantly and there was a black streak at the top. Less than 24 hours after receiving it, it is going back to the store.
