We purchased a Vizio TV bc I already knew from my years as an IT guy that they were very good TVs. But, at first, the Vizio OS on this TV I didn't really like. But, the better I understood the OS, the more I liked it. Now that I know better, I really like it!! It's intuitive in the way the OS is built. And most of it is completely customizable. I think everything I thought I didn't like, I have been able to adjust or change and now it's all great. It's lightweight. It was easy to hang on the wall mount. No problems finding a mount that fit this TV. We tried a top rated sound bar, but ended up returning it bc the TV sounds better. Once we mounted the TV, we have had no problems hearing it. Visually, the TV, IMO, is excellent!! Picture is crisp and clean!! The only issue I have seen is when our internet connection is running slow, the picture will digitize occasionally. But that is our internet, I believe. If not, it's the Paramount app on the TV. They have the crappiest player I've seen so far. But only on the TV. This TV is worth every penny we spent!! Good buy!! After read so many reviews on Walmarts black Friday tvs I was hesitant on this purchase. From what I gather they make black Friday tvs using cheaper parts. That being said I truly have nothing bad to say about this tv. There were no damages and no stuck or dead pixels which you rarely get. The wifi speed is great and it does have great sound and better picture compared to my tcl(same class). You have to go into setting to turn on surround sound and turn on auto adjust to what you are watching to really get a good sound on this tv. Also turning down your brightness to 60% on every mode will make your tv last longer and you really can't tell a different. Take some time to make the adjustments and this is a very good quality tv. I am very picky and usually send back anything that doesn't meet my expectations. From all the reviews I feel like I receive a really good tv compare to most.

The tv in my living room was starting to go bad (had one of those green lines at the bottom of the screen), so I was looking to replace it. I have another Vizio in my bedroom and I like it. This one was a fantastic price (under $200) and had all the ports I wanted/needed. The thing I liked the most was that it came with a full remote (with numbers), not the voice remote that most other tvs come with these days. I think it was supposed to have an additional 3-yr warranty that came with it, but I haven't received any information on that. The picture quality is good, but the sound levels are strange.

Very very nice picture quality. Horrible speakers. When I say horrible I mean horrible. Value for money though is there. $100 for a 55 with 4k is great. UI is your generic fire stick / Roku. But Vizio version. If you can grab this for cheap I would say do it. Especially if you have speakers for a soundbar. The Bluetooth makes it easy to connect.

Not happy with the Vizio operating system. The remote is tiny, like a child's toy, the sound is pathetic, even with the Vizio soundbar attached. In addition they ask like a million questions during setup. Why do you need my email address? It was pretty inexpensive and no i know why.

Would not connect to my Starlink wifi tried for 36 hours. Finally updated to what i dont know because now it will not power on. Returned with a hugh headache will not ourchadw Vizio again!

Bought on a black Friday sale to be given as a gift early next year. Stored in side bedroom till given when I got out of box it had been punctured through the back and screen punctured. Would not give credit for new tv purchase. Would post pictures but left at store .

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Straight out of the box, lines across almost half of the screen. No matter what I do, I can't get them to go away. O, and I can't figure out how to put the feet on. I've had Vizio TV's for the last 20 years. Always loved and recommended them. Not this one. Only positive is I bought it during Black Friday and didn't pay full price.

The remote is way to small. Very hard to adjust the volume. Buttons are to small also, always pushing the wrong button. The sound can not be turned to be be able to hear it distorts so bad that it sounds like the speakers are blown. Im 69 years old and this is a very bad example of this TV brand. Was a big mistake , Im going to try and take it back.

I received a damaged television. The return process online only allows for mailed return of products. It doesn’t mention that you can return the product in store for replacement. You are only offered the mail return. After calling and being hung up on 3 times by the reps and once by a supervisor I was completely frustrated. I finally spoke with another supervisor who informed the item must be returned via mail and Sam’s will have a a company pick the television up and provide a refund. The box the television came in had been punctured by a fork lift and should never have been shipped out because there is a chance the product is damaged. It is clear the order pickers are not customer service minded. This is sad and I will go to the store to get whatever I want instead of ordering the convenient way - online.
